5 out of 5 eggsBest DDR2 1200 made

Pros: This is the best DDr2 1200 made. There are entire threads dedicated to locating this ram. If you have a x38/x48 board this the stuff you want. Get it fast these are Micron D9 the highest binned version you can find.

Cons: Don't use more than the default voltage 2.2v this ram will die right away. It is good stuff but voltage sensitive. When it says 2.2v it mean 2.2v and nooooo!!!! more.

Other Thoughts: Unreal stuff. You will notice a high failure rate but that s because people are upping the voltage don't do that.

5 out of 5 eggsfast

Pros: its fast, i run hl2 and hl1 while computing about 20+ tasks all at the same time on windows vista ultimate with a q6600 @ 3.15GHz on a 780i evga mobo, the ram is not overclocked and i usually dont go over 3.5 gigs with 4 installed

Cons: it isnt gddr3

Other Thoughts: most boards arent gddr3 yet

5 out of 5 eggsRuns fine at DDR2 1200

Pros: This ram runs great at DDR2 1200 2.0v in my Asus P5K-E WiFi motherboard with a QX9650 at 4.0ghz

Cons: Some motherboards seem to have trouble with this ram. It appears to me that Gigabyte P35, Asus P35, and Gigabyte X38/Asus X38 motherboards seem to have very little trouble with this ram. However other motherboards do.

Other Thoughts: Very fast ram when compatable seems to die if you use more than 2.0v or try to push it much higher than DDR2 1200 which is very near to the max DDR2 can go at present with this voltage. So watch your voltage or you will kill it.

4 out of 5 eggsUp to snuff

Pros: have it running at 5-5-5-15 @ 1200MHz on a 3.6MHz OC q6600.

ran memtest and everything on it, and it seems good! :D

Cons: so far, the ram won't go pas 1200MHz or let me do 4-4-4-12 or tighter timings on it.

so it has performed up to and exactly it's expectations. i thought it had more overclocking headroom but i guess i was wrong.

Other Thoughts: have been running in my PC for almost a month, and they are completely stable, absolutely no fuss or nothing, so i am very satisfied with this product.

5 out of 5 eggsStrong So Far

Pros: Stable ram so far. Running just under DDR2 1200 (because of my multiplier settings) at 5-5-5-15 and 2.2v. Running on an overclocked Q6600 @3.59GHz.

Cons: None so far

Other Thoughts: Thanks Newegg.

3 out of 5 eggsNOT a 1200 RAM

Pros: It is my second set of this RAM. RMA'ed it. NewEgg promptly replaced it with another set I'm reviwing now.
First i returned because it could not work on 1200Mhz @ 5-5-5-15 and 2.2V. Memtest86+ was freezing or displaying errors.

Cons: Well, the second set has the same issues. It does not work on 1200Mhz @ 5-5-5-15 and 2.2V. Memtest86+ displays errors or freezes. When I fallback to 1066Mhz, it works fine and cool. Attempt to elevate frequency to anything higher gives errors.

Other Thoughts: Q6600, ASUS P5E WS Pro, this RAM.

Consider buying other RAM if you really want 1200Mhz RAM.
