4 out of 5 eggsGood for one card at a time.

Pros: Reads everything I need, simple to use, stands up to a little abuse.

Cons: The white cord doesn't match, and is shorter than I'd like. In addition you can't copy between standard cards using this adapter, so you need to copy the contents of one card onto your computer and then insert the second and copy onto that in order to do a transfer.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks well, nice and tiny

Pros: It works very well and can support the larger cards used today and supports fast transfer rates. Confirmed to work with:
-Transcend 32GB Compact Flash (CF) 400X Flash Card Model TS32GCF400
- Patriot LX 32GB Secure Digital High-Capacity (SDHC) Flash Card Model PSF32GSDHC10

Cons: Folks complain about the horrid white cable. They are right, why do that?

4 out of 5 eggsGood Reader Bad USB Cable

Pros: Very small, attractive, reads as advertised, inexpensive.

Cons: The white mini-USB cable everyone is complaining about died after 5 seconds of use. Plugged it in, blue activity light came on, files were visible. Then poof, the light went out and it never worked again. Fortunately I have spares.

3 out of 5 eggscheap, but works

Pros: it works, its so cheap and light.

Cons: The usb cable weighs more than this thing, so you can't really mount it...it'll just move to where ever the cable is bending-haha

5 out of 5 eggsUltra DMA (Fast), two "channels", compact

Pros: - Ultra DMA enabled
- Small, Compact
- Micro SD slot
- Two Channels (drive letters) at once

Cons: - Although it provides two channels or drive letters at the same time so you can copy from card-to-card, one of those cards has to be CF. In other words, you CAN copy from card-to-card as long as one of the slots in use is the CompactFlash slot.

Other Thoughts: To get the most performance from this reader, your card must be UDMA capable.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks perfectly!

Pros: This card reader works very well, so well that I have bought two.

So far, I have tested a 2 GB CompactFlash, 16 GB SDHC, 32 GB SDHC and 16 GB micro-SDHC directly from a Blackberry Storm 2. Transfers speeds to and from the cars have been very good and faster than most flash drives.

Cons: None.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Price & the thing works. I have only used it for SDHC, a 4 MB and 8 MB Ultra SanDisk. They both worked fine in the unit. The slot fits them well, although it doesn't have the spring loaded click in and click out system that Canon has.

It makes a lot more sense than spending $35.

Cons: Non yet.

5 out of 5 eggslike a charm

Pros: works like a charm with both SD and SDHC cards. haven't tried anything else.

Cons: glossy surface is a fingerprint magnet.

Other Thoughts: verified with linux kernel 2.6.31, 2.6.32 and 2.6.34

5 out of 5 eggsGreat All-in-One

Pros: This is a great cheap product. I was skeptical about buying anything off of the internet. But I have a lot of friends that say Newegg is awesome.

They were right!

The product is good cause it has all slots you'll need. For the price it is a VERY attractive peripherial to be sitting on your desk.

Cons: You need an adapter for:
*miniSDHC
*miniSD
*MMCmicro

Also the cable is only about 2 feet long, but if you have a "mini USB" cable lying around, then go ahead and use it. :)

Other Thoughts: I don't really know were the 3 above cards are used so I have no problem with this.

This also works out because I needed a micoSD reader as well as an SD reader.
