I have pcs, macs and PS3, and it will only work with one desktop pc (with rocketfish USB 3.0 card) and my retina macbook pro. Nothing else finds it. Cons: Not readable by some usb 2 port. An HP pc did not read it, a dell pc did recognize it. My 18 months mac pro will not read it in the front 2 ports, but the back ports recognize it. Pros: Using a single 1GB file, I get read and write speeds almost exactly as the maximum speeds of the specs. It took 15 seconds to transfer the file through the USB 3.0 port to the PC, and 33 seconds from the PC to the flash drive. In contrast, through a USB 2.0 port it took 42 seconds and 57 seconds, respectively. Cons: None. Other Thoughts: Price will hopefully come down as USB 3.0 flash drives become the norm. When copying large files it copies better than posted speed. It's a tad bit slower when working with many small files. Blue activity LED is just the right brightness... can see it's on but it doesn't light up the whole room. Cons: Still a bit pricey compared to USB-2 sticks. I keep losing the cap. Other Thoughts: It's really fast! I use this to transfer large files for graphic designing and it works really well. With 32GB of memory I can put a good amount of data on it without having to erase content.
