4 out of 5 eggshey bata bata would you say adata

Pros: I happened to come upon the corsairs laptop memory

and I noticed these rare gems.

with cas latency's at 9s and 1.5v

for 129 its just fine.

the result is that it gives my little x2 1.7AMD
a chance to breath, while the adata takes over
and does it's job nicely to keep everything at
a reasonable pace on my lappy.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: aside from a slightly higher voltage, then some of the more premier 200+ lap rams.

adata laptop memory has to suffer with a 4/5

only because SUNBEAM MEMORY COOLERS are discontinued.

5 out of 5 eggsGood Solid RAM

Pros: Like the title says; Good Solid RAM. Yanked the 16GB out of my Mac Mini to test in my new Lenovo U400. This RAM worked great as replacement RAM in my Mini.

Cons: None. Go get some!
RAM+SSD=Battery life.

Other Thoughts: At current RAM prices it's worth buying 16GB of RAM to try out. My last 3 Core i5 systems claimed 8GB max RAM but they all recognized 16GB. They were a Mid 2011 MacBook Pro, a mid 2011 Mac Mini and a Lenovo U400 Ultrabook.

5 out of 5 eggs16GB in a Mac Mini Server

Pros: Works fine in a 2011 Mac Mini Server (Intel i7-2635QM). Swapped the 4GB of Apple installed SoDIMMs with this and I've not had any issues. Done a number of video re-encoding which runs for hours with lots of memory access, no crashes or video issues. I've noticed that with 16GB installed the shared video memory reported in "System Information" now shows 512MB instead of 384MB.

Cons: When I first installed, I noticed one of the banks of RAM reported much higher temps. The temps are higher than running with 4GB. However, this is understandable, because of the increased number of memory chips on the SoDIMM board. The higher density of each chip and finally the fact one RAM module sits between the other module and the motherboard whereas the 2nd RAM module has better ventilation.

Other Thoughts: I was going to get the Corsair Vengeance modules for my Mac Mini Server, but these were on sale. I also have a pair of ADATA SoDIMMs in my Dell Laptop and I've had no trouble with them.

5 out of 5 eggsSo far, so good.

Pros: Installed this on my Early-2011 15" MacBook Pro even though it isn't Mac certified, figured it would be worth the risk. Glad I did it. Installation was easy and my laptop's working perfectly. Mountain Lion DP4 is reading all of the RAM fully. Speedier than ever.

Cons: Nothing. Buy this.
