1 out of 5 eggsdont waste your money on this

Pros: cheap

Cons: 50 mb write speed is somewhat low, it only lasted me 8 months now none of my pc's recognize it and the software provided by ADATA to fix it is fail.

Other Thoughts: The cheap, costs more.

3 out of 5 eggsGood while it lasted

Pros: Very fast, nice size, and weight. It works great with USB2 and USB3

Cons: It barely lasted 4 months. I used it only for storing ISOs, so it was read from FAR more than written to. Then poof, it won't even show it's volume name.

Other Thoughts: Tried A-Data's repair utility, no good either.

5 out of 5 eggsgood drive

Pros: crystal disk shows 90MBs on big files, windows shows 100-110MB/s depending on the drive I'm copying to/from. Regardless of what crystaldisk says, it seems to write as fast as it reads. My five year old crashed into it and bent it about 20 degrees, still works perfectly though.

Cons: gets hot if you watch a movie directly from it

Other Thoughts: These go on sale for 20-25 after rebate.

1 out of 5 eggsIt died after 10-months

Pros: Worked flawlessly while it was functioning. Fast.

Cons: It's relatively large... not a huge disadvantage.

Other Thoughts: I was looking forward to this being a product that lasted quite a while. I used it for watching movies and transferring large files between machines quickly.

4 out of 5 eggsFeeling warm means the heat is being transferred from the inside to the outside - a good thing

Pros: I'm ordering this now, but about it getting warm: the case is aluminum, which dissipates heat from the inside to your fingers - a good thing.

A PLASTIC case may not feel warm because plastic doesn't dissipate the heat; it holds it all inside - not good for the drive.

So it's feeling warm may be a positive, rather than a negative.

Cons: some reviewers said it was DOA or D soon after receiving. But apparently company good at replacing bad drives.

5 out of 5 eggsNice...

Pros: Speed is actually a little faster than advertised, write speed is about 70-80 MB/s starting out, then after a few minutes of sequential write it drops drop to 50-60 MB/s, gonna order another one just to use as a bootable drive, cheaper than SSD SATA 6Gbps and just as fast as some.

Cons: None!

Other Thoughts: System speed was tested on...

OS: Windows 7

1 out of 5 eggsGood at first

Pros: The drive is fast and has a decent metal case. I liked the indented ribs on all four sides that helped is lay nice and still. Worked as it should right out of the package.

Cons: I had to send and rma to ADATA within weeks of owning the it. It suddenly died and would not mount on any OS I had. I tried ADATA's recovery software and it couldn't even detect it. So off it went. I received a new drive within a week and everything worked as before. After a month of use it also suffered the same fate as its predecessor. I have never had a flash drive in my life die on me, let alone twice from the same manufacturer in a two month span. I will not be sending this in for an RMA just to have to do it again a month from now every month for as long as I need a flash drive. Also you have to pay shipping to them.

Other Thoughts: What turned out to be a good newegg/popular online auction site deal turned into several failures of this drive. I would avoid this enite USB 3.0 product line from ADATA if possible.

5 out of 5 eggsMy Favorite Flash Drives Now

Pros: I purchased three of these now, because these ROCK

Once you go USB3.0 and Aluminum Cased for your flash drives you will never go back to the slow, fragile things you once put your files on.

Cons: Not in 4TB sizes yet.

Other Thoughts: The 16GB ones are nice too.

5 out of 5 eggsFast and Furious

Pros: Pretty fast USB 3.0 flash drive. Speeds are as advertised. Ran CrystalDiskMark 3 times and averaged 101.5 MB/s for read and 46.12 MB/s for write. Solid build quality.

Cons: It does get a little warm. I have a Team F108, and it gets warm too. Maybe it happens with all USB 3.0 flash drives.
