I have a Dell XPS 8700 and it says this is the memory I have:
Memory:DDR3 PC3-10600, DDR3 PC3-12800, DDR3 PC3-8500
Memory Type: DDR3 PC3-10600, DDR3 PC3-12800, DDR3 PC3-8500, DDR3 (non-ECC)
Maximum Memory: 16GB 
Currently Installed Memory: 8GB
Total Memory Slots: 4
Available Memory Slots:  0

Would this work in my PC? I will probably have to purchase 2 sets of these to get to the 16GB correct?

PC3-12800 is DDR3-1600.   Usually it is best to use 'matched memory' ie-same brandand specs, but using your current DDR3-12800 memory should work by adding an additonal 8GB of Adata DDR3-12800 memory.  If the timing specs are different, most likely the motherboard will adjust the appropriate memory chips to the slowest timing settings of either set.

It is important to install the memory chips of a single brand into slots that give you dual channel performance.  Example: new Adata chips into slots 1 and 3, old memory into slots 2 and 4.

Not sure if you will see any noticable performance difference unless your programs are memory intensive.

Before buying new chips make sure the current modules are installed in the 1 and 3 slots or 2 and 4 slots.  Dual channel will make a difference.

My Adata memory is currently used 24/7 @  100% processor load.

Will this work with an AMD Phenom II X4 motherboard?

It should.  Just make sure the motherboard is compatible with the CPU and that the memory works with the motherboard.  Pcpartpicker. com is a good resource.  You can select your parts and it will only let you select parts that are compatible.

I have run the memory in both an asrock z-87 and asrock z97 motherboard.  High probability it would work in an Asrock Fatality z97x killer.

Question 4

just to be sure. I want to add these to my 2+2 DDR3 1333 dual kit.
Assuming both are working.
My Motherboard M4A785TD-V EVO by ASUS 
and 
AMD processor believe that is a 4 channel? CPU Phenom ™ x4 955 processor 3.2Ghz 
Compatible? Do I need to reset speed from 1333 to 1600 after installed.

You can, tho you maybe shouldn't. It;s typically recommended that all of your installed RAM be identical, in size, speed, and even manufacturer/model. That said, these will work alongside your other RAM, but depending on what you use your PC for, their function could be reduced.
Hikers have a rule that applies her, I think...
A party can only travel as fast as it's slowest member.
If you DO install these, be sure to install the larger capacity sticks in the slots closest to the center of you MB, in this case, 4-4-2-2.
Always arrange mismatched RAM in order from largest to smallest, and always install from the first slot and progress outward.

i have an asus cm1630 series with an amd II x 2 220 processor 2.80ghtz.  Have ddr3 ram 4gig 1333mhz with 4 x 1dimm.  I want to install 8 or 16 gig ram and want to know what will work best with my system?

I would think exchanging the 4x1Gb chips with 2x4Gb chips would be a good upgrade.  Make sure you buy the maxiium speed memory chips you can afford.  Before purchase, verify what the maximum speed memory  modules that your motherboard will handle.  Best to have identical 'speed' and 'brand' of memory modules.   Yahoo has a good comparison about your memory 'speed' compared to your possible purchase.  Links to the web site are prohibited in this response.

Make sure you install the new memory modules in the correct memory slots.  Most motherboards recommend installing identical memory chips into slots number 1-3 counting from closest to the cpu processor chip.  This will allow for 'dual channel' operation which is a 'speed' advantage.  Most users will not benefit from more than 8Gb total memory installed.
