Other Thoughts: I would not recommend, I too have experienced the same failure that many others have, where it was formatted, written to, then used, but could not delete any files or reformat. The MicroSD card reports as being locked (there are no locks on sdxc). I am in the process of an RMA now, but the trouble is it should not require this hassle.

I can sympathize with other reviewers that doesn't want to send in the disk for RMA as any information written to it is essentially open to read by anyone, fortunately I have just some music/videos on mine - and nothing too personal. Had I used this for personal imagery I would like have had to eat it.

Pros: -Cheap
-RMA process relatively painless

Cons: -Fails way too easily.
-Can't RMA a card which has sensitive data on it, so lifetime warranty is useless

Other Thoughts: I went through 2 of these cards. The first card died as soon as I used it the first time. I transfer some test files and everything seems ok. When I attempted to actually use the card, no new information was able to be written on to it. The old information, which should have been deleted, re-appeared. I went through the RMA process got a replacement very easily. After using the replacement card for about 3 months, the second card died the same way, except this time I can not submit my card for an RMA due to it containing very sensitive information THAT CAN NOT BE DELETED or FORMATTED. It's the same problem for both cards that I had, the original and the replacement, it will not allow me to write or delete any files on the card, basically it is now a read only device.

I do not believe I am stressing the card. I have a different branded card of the same capacity that I purchased at the same time and switch using it back and fourth, and it has no problem so far.

Pros: I liked the way that Newegg replaced the product as quickly as possible. All products will have flaws, but the difference to me is can the vendor get a good one to ya!

Cons: Sounds like ADATA needs to do more quality control.

Other Thoughts: Buy this product for its economical price, but keep in mind you may have to wait for a RMA swapout...

Pros: Size and decent speeds, if it is working properly (which it is not).

Cons: Just like a few others, I can no longer write, delete or format the card or anything on it after 5 months of light usage in my Fiio x1 DAP, can read-only which makes it useless.

Other Thoughts: Sent an RMA to ADATA, hope they can remedy this, without me having to shell out any more $$ to send it back, was costly enough to begin with.

Cons: Stopped functioning randomly one day, can no longer access card or reformat.

Pros: Relatively inexpensive
Large amount of storage (for 128GB version)

Cons: Not the best read or write speeds.
Card failed after just over 3 months and is stuck in read-only mode, rendering it useless.

Other Thoughts: I can't recommend an SD Card that failed in 3 months. I've had many other SD cards for years and never had them fail. Unacceptable in a storage device I use daily (my phone) and need to keep my data safe and secure. Will not purchase an ADATA card ever again.

Other Thoughts: This card is great for expanding storage in my Asus Transformer Book tablet/notebook. Speed is good, if not blazing. Tested with CrystalDiskMark, sequential read and write is 41.61 MB/s and 24.19 MB/s respectively. There is a limited lifetime warranty which is nice to know. Shipping was fast and efficient by Newegg.

At the time I bought this, a few weeks ago, Newegg also had the cheapest price for a genuine 128gb micro sd card. I see that another popular shopping website is now selling 128gb micro sd cards as low as this, but I pay sales tax if I buy from them, so for me Newegg is still the cheapest.

I would love to get another 128gb card for my LG smartphone, but I will wait till prices drop some more. Hopefully that happens soon.
