Other Thoughts: Customer service from Patriot is awful. I returned the defective items on Feb 19, delivered on Feb 19 and now is Mar 1, have not heard anything from them about weather or not they honor their limited lifetime warranty on the products. Tried to call them, hit nothing but voicemail in all departments. Very disappointed! Other Thoughts: I bought my first 4GB kit about a year ago. Other than the original DOA, the replacement kit has been very reliable even though I am running it slightly OC'd. Cons: Defective product, stopped working after 2 weeks. No customer service at all. Other Thoughts: I bought this item a couple of weeks ago. One of the modules became unresponsive and started to cause blue crash screens several times a day. Returned the product (entire package) to Patriot memory 17 days ago and have not heard from them since. Their website states that they will respond within 5 days. It has been 17 days and I have not received any response to two e-mails, have not received my replacement, or the defective memory. If you are buying this, just know that this is a gamble.
