Works great with MSI 770-C45!

Pros: Fast and stable memory!

Cons: Defaults to 1066 on MSI 770-C45. The heat sinks are big and tall and got in the way of the fan on my Freezer 64, but fortunately it has good rubber mountings with allowed it to be moved a little out the way.

Other Thoughts: I had to manually set the settings to the recommended setting in the bios of the board and it runs very fast as such. I also had to up the voltage manually to 1.65 from 1.5 that the board defaults to. These are the default setting of the memory but for some reason it won't default to them. It has been very stable at 1333 settings after setup in the bios, but I can't get much more out of it.

Pros: Runs Cool
Does 7-7-7-24 at DDR1333
Does 7-7-7-18 at DDR1066

That is all the timings I have played with so far. Going to shoot for 6-6-6-16 at DDR1066

Cons: Timing table for 1066 at 1.5 volts would give me errors. Bumped it up to the 1.65 it is suppose to run at with DDR1333 speeds and no issues.

Pros: Great RAM at a decent price. Looks good. Works well. Can't ask for more.

Cons: Heatsinks might be a little tall for some tight installations. Especially if being used in a low profile case where space is already at a premium.

Other Thoughts: So far I have used this memory in 2 different ASUS boards and 2 different ASRock boards. The ASUS boards had no issues at all, but both ASRock models had to have BIOS updates in order to work properly. The ASRock P55 Pro board would lose the CMOS settings each time it was rebooted until the BIOS was updated, but it was an easy fix.

Pros: It works
run @ 1333 with same timing

Cons: head spreader kinda on the tall side so if your heatsink is large think about it before buying this.

Other Thoughts: Had to go into bios to change speed to 1333mhz
might be just my mobo
