5 out of 5 eggsGreat!

Pros: All you have to do is stick them in the ram slots and my computer detected them with no extra work.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: This RAM worked like a charm. Had no hassle installing it and I didn't need to to any extra steps to get it to be recognized on my computer.

5 out of 5 eggsGood Chips, but no 'salsa' zing.

Pros: Okay so these are good sticks. The price is too high, although how can I complain when I willingly bought them, right?
Anyway I popped them in and they worked A+ perfectly from the git-go. Halved the time to load and start applications, so it did exactly what I needed it to do: save me work-time...

Cons: Price is far and away too high for chips this old and outpaced. Did NOT make the olde PC 'zing' which I expected by doubling my RAM. Perhaps I expect too much from too little (upgrading).

5 out of 5 eggsStable and Fast

Pros: Fast, stable RAM. Low CAS latency.

Cons: Price a little steep for old technology. I guess getting caught in the supply / demand game.

Other Thoughts: Using for an older Tyan Workstation (Tomcat K8E S2865) and it works perfectly with 4GB. Memtest passed with 6 passes. Built for customer back in 2008 and at the time installed 1GB which was plenty. Upgraded OS (Windows 2K8) to Vista 64 Business, replaced all the bulging CapXcon caps (6), upgraded the video card to a Quadro 4000 and the build is back to being a render monster. Customer very happy with performance, repairs, and upgrades. Customer was thinking he was going to have to have me build another expensive workstation. Not yet, as he can get a few more years out of this.

Seasonic SS600HT (still perfect voltage readings)
Plextor DVD Burner
Plextor Blue Ray writer

5 out of 5 eggsFine memory for a decent price.

Pros: Needed to upgrade my father in laws old Dell Dimension that was barely making it on 512K of RAM. The 2 gigs of Patriot memory was just the ticket.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I bet he wished he had me do this sooner.
As usual, Newegg had it to me quick!

5 out of 5 eggsBought Again!

Pros: Installed on a PC CHIPS P25G (V3.0) 478 VIA P4M800CE Micro ATX Intel Motherboard. My client only have 512mb in their and when I added this he was like,"Wow what did you do to my computer to make it so fast"... Needless to say he was happy, and so was I.

Cons: None so Far

Other Thoughts: This is the second time I have purchased these rams and they have not failed me yet.!

5 out of 5 eggsGood RAM

Pros: I needed more RAM (had 4 x512 dual channel Patriot) to run my EVGA GT 430 DDR3 1 gig graphics card on XP (32 bit.) I removed two of the 512s and popped in these two 1 gig modules boosting my RAM to 3 gigs (all XP 32 bit can utilize) & my custom built pc booted up with no issues. The CL & voltage ratings matched up with my existing Patriot 512 dual channel pc3200 RAM.

Cons: Did not purchase from Newegg; due to them not shipping to a PO Box. I live in a rural area where mailbox vandalism is rampant & I do not have a residental mailbox. UPS/FedEx will not deliver to a PO Box...USPS will. NO cons whatsoever concerning the RAM!

Other Thoughts: I'd make more Newegg purchases, but it a hassle to *reinstall* my old mailbox just so UPS/FedEx can deliver. I wish Newegg would deliver to a PO Box!!

Pros: Installed on a Sony Vaio PCV-RS500 Series running windows XP Home Edition. Wow did it give this computer a new meaning of life..! My client was very happy and felt the difference right away.

Cons: None yet will post as needed

Other Thoughts: Sony maxed out at 2gb or I would of bought another set.
