5 out of 5 eggsLove it

Pros: Very fast, no issues, more then enough RAM then most people will ever need

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I've been using this ram on my Asus Z77 Sabertooth mobo with no issues, Intel I7 3770k, EVGA 660 TI GPU.

I run WoW, D3, Skyrim, CS GO, and Rust all at max setting with no issues or hiccups at all.

5 out of 5 eggsAlways good memory! 16GB good quality!

Pros: This memory has never disappointed me. I'm able to adjust it on the fly without any BSOD. Patriot memory has been my last 3 builds and not once disappointed me with the viper series. This is the largest amount of RAM i've gotten and so far it's worth it based on the numbers i see when using applications. I notice more memory is used which is good for speeds while multi-tasking. Works great with Intel Core i7-4820K Ivy Bridge-E 3.7GHz CPU, and ASUS P9X79 LE LGA 2011 Intel X79 board. Runs in 1333, 1600, and 1866 just fine on this build.

Cons: n/a

3 out of 5 eggsDoesnt work with z77 sabertooth.

Pros: N/A

Cons: When i was planning my build I called Asus to see if this ram would work with the z77 sabertooth motherboard. They lied and it isn't compatible. Now im stuck with $160 worth of ram that I cant use.

5 out of 5 eggsUpdate to review (should've been for DDR3 1600)

Pros: I apologize to everyone. I meant to review the DDR3 1600 Patriot Viper RAM. I read the serial number on this wrong and posted the review here. I asked Newegg to cancel my post, but voila... there it is.

Cons: none (other than my inability to read) :)

Other Thoughts: i7-3770k with stock cooler
P8Z77-V Pro
Patriot Viper 3 DDR3-1600 16GB (2x8GB)
PNY GTX 560ti (yep, need a new card, but BF3 still looks and runs great)
WD Black 1TB 7200rpm
Mushkin Enhanced 800W power supply

5 out of 5 eggsGreat

Pros: I got these at the same time I picked up my Mobo (Asus p8z77-v pro). Asus' QVL is not up-to-date and these were not on it, but the Patriot site said they would work. I worried a tad about that, but they work perfectly.

I was also worried about 1 or both sticks being DOA. I ran Memtest (both together and each separately for 8-12 hours) without a single error.

Some reviews of various RAM I read complained/commented the RAM registered as 1333 instead of 1600 on install. I didn't have that problem. The first time I fired up the new system the mobo had the RAM set with the proper timing, speed, and voltage.

For what it's worth, it scores a 7.8 on WEI.

Cons: None so far.

5 out of 5 eggsBought locally

Pros: Very stable ram. Currently running them at 2400mhz loose timings at 10-12-11-33 2t @ 1.725v. Havent played with the timings very much except i cannot get them stable at 10-11-11-33. Maybe if i wait another few weeks they will be able to take tighter timings or faster speed.

Cons: None at rated voltage/timings. Needs to be broken in to get it running at the speeds I'm currently at. Took a week running it at 2133 then i pushed it to 2200 then to 2400 after about a month. Out of the box it was NOT stable at 2200mhz.

Other Thoughts: Ivybridge 3570k @4.7ghz
ASRock z77 extreme6
EVGA GTX 670 FTW edition oc'd to 1202 core and 3649 mem
All on air :D
