Pros: I have bought 6 of these over a 3 year period. The purpose for buying this item was for additional front panel USB ports. The flash card reader ports were a secondary consideration. I don't care about the eSATA feature. One friend that I installed one on his computer was especially pleased because the USB ports are separately powered (from the case power supply and not the motherboard) and he could plug in multiple USB external hard drives and move data between them.

Cons: I bought 6 of them. The 1st 5 worked satisfactory, are still working satisfactory but the 6th was DOA - I tried it on 3 different computers. The SD card slot requires you insert the card upside down. The Micro SD slot may or may not work - I had to use an adapter and the regular SD slot to read a Micro SD card on the units I tried.

Other Thoughts: Would I buy another? Yes, I would. Previously I bought a Silverstone USB panel (no longer carried by NewEgg) that was 3X more expensive, the USB ports shared power from the motherboard, and didn't have any flash card reader slots.

Pros: Lots of ports on the device itself.

Cons: Looks like it killed itself within the first week of owning it. Seeing all of these other reviews, I probably should have never bought it. I tried the "Unplug for 30 seconds" "remedy" that the manufacturer keeps posting, but that had no affect whatsoever. I'm about ready to trash this thing and find something else.

Other Thoughts: I think it worked when I first started up the computer, not sure when it stopped working. I plugged in my thumb drive today only to see that it wasn't reading, I tried another port on the case and it worked just fine.

Pros: Lots of interfaces available. Was inexpensive.

Cons: failed after about 6 weeks. none of the interfaces work. Most interfaces are useless and will never be needed.

Other Thoughts: I wouldn't buy it again. Probably not worth the shipping to RMA anyway.

Pros: 3 USB Slots
5v Power
USB powered by Power Supply.

Cons: The USB, 5v, & E-Sata Components did not align properly to slots on plastic Bezel. had to use a Hobby Knife to shave plastic from bezel in order to get it the Grey Bezel to snap in place.

Other Thoughts: USB connector plastic snapped while pulling out flash drive. Plastic piece stayed inside the Flash drives USB plug. Had to take the unit out to remove the broken piece to prevent the metal contacts from creating a short. Now I only have 2 USB Ports.

SD slot went into READ ONLY mode for no reason, & now can't write any data on to SD cards, regardless of the SD's Lock Switch position. SD cards work fine when used on another computer with a different card reader.

Rating: -1 Egg for the Bezel not fitting.
-1 Egg for SD slot becoming a Read Only Slot.

Did not take an Egg for the broken USB, as that may have been my fault. Not really sure.

Pros: Has connectors for a variety of things - some of which I doubt I'd ever used or ever will use.

Cons: It doesn't work. Despite fiddling with it off and on for months, it simply does not work to any degree. It won't read any USB or SD cards that are plugged in, and the computer won't recognize it's existence.

Pros: I've been using these in my computers and the ones that I build to sell for a long time and never had any of the problems stated here. They all work great and are a great value for the money.

Cons: How about some Shell Shockers on these? I'd probably buy the limit.

Other Thoughts: Some people are really rough on things, some people don't know what they are doing and mixed in there I'm sure there are a few defective ones. Don't let the negative reviews keep you from getting one of these. They work!

Pros: It was cheap for so many types of cards.

Cons: It died after only one month of use.

Other Thoughts: I've purchased two memory card readers from Rosewill, the first lasted only a year and the second only a month, at this point I would really only want my money back.
