1 out of 5 eggsI am not happy

Pros: none

Cons: I worked for a year to use this RAM but it made my system unstable. I finally bought new memory from a local store and now I don't have to wait for my system to shutdown and reboot 3-4 times just to get windows to load. I bought this memory on recommendation from Tom's Hardware's September 2010 performance build. Mushkin will not refund my purchase price and they're still deciding whether or not to give me a credit towards new memory.

Other Thoughts: Here are the specs for my build:

5 out of 5 eggsPrice/Performance Awesomeness

Pros: Affordability
Price
Out-of-the-box functionality
Mainstream performance

Cons: Too sluggish for benchmarking

Other Thoughts: Bought two kits of this for an SR-2 build for less than what I paid for a single 3x2GB Patriot kit a few months ago. Works beautifully at DDR3-1370 and rated timings. Not stable any higher than that, even with relaxed timings, although I have not tried feeding the kits higher volts.

Perfect kit for day-to-day use, but if benchmarking is your thing, then you'll probably want something a bit faster (i.e., DDR3-2000 or higher).

4 out of 5 eggsUpdate

Pros: Runs great @ 1066.

Cons: Won't run at 1333.

Other Thoughts: Update to my last review, the third stick WAS NOT DoA but I'm not conviced it's working properly. They will not run at 1333, only 1066. If I put them at 1333 they do not run in a stable fashion. Sometimes they are not all recognized by the MB. I have to admit my weekness in RAM knowledge here.

3 out of 5 eggsMushed Mushkin?

Pros: 2/3 sticks worked?

Cons: 2/3 sticks worked. One DoA.

Other Thoughts: I'm really not a fan of any DoA parts...at all.
