CAPACITY AND PERFORMANCE!

Jaws will barely have time to drop. The REACTOR SSD provides the extreme performance benefits of a solid-state drive, while enabling the big data capacity of mechanical hard drives. Featuring the Silicon Motion SM2246EN controller which enables data transfer speeds to reach up to 560MB/s read and 460MB/s write,

INNOVATION AT ITS CORE.

What if? Two simple words. But when combined, the possibilities are endless. At Mushkin, we've stopped simply asking, "What if the impossible was possible," and started manufacturing it. This thought is at the core of every Mushkin Innovation. And it's led our engineers to develop everything from industry leading performance gaming memory to some of the most impressive storage technologies on the market. Try our innovations yourself and explore what's possible with Mushkin products.

DESIGNED AND ASSEMBLED IN THE U.S.A.

Not many manufacturers can say they design, assemble and test their products in the U.S.A. But Mushkin has been making its products in the U.S.A. since its inception in 1994. That means, for more than 19 years, we have been uniting all aspects of performance to engineer something you can't get from a spec sheet.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat support

Pros: Stable and a great deal. got them on sale black Friday of 2013

Cons: Got a bad stick and one on the heat sinks fell off

Other Thoughts: i just had to RMA my ram kit as one heat sink fell off onto my video card and the other stick would give me random BSOD.

That being said Mushkin has the easiest RMA of any company Ive had to deal with in the past. A few email and my RMA was approved, less that 5 min wait time when I called in for support with queations and the option to ship the new sticks to me before I return the old ones(they did put a hold on my card till they receive the defective sticks)

As for the heat sink they appear to have fixed the issue as they now come with clips to securely fasten the sinks to the ram.

5 out of 5 eggsFast Ram

Pros: This RAM is very fast. Probably some of the best you can buy for 1600 MHz

totally happy with it in my i5 computer with genuine intel MB and velociraptor raid setup

Cons: Not really a con if you're careful but ***WATCH OUT***
I built a computer a year ago with this and decided to add two more sticks to get 16GB total, at some point in time they changed from double sided to single sided organization and they won't work together in most (if not all) boards. Make sure you have the same type if you are combining kits!

Other Thoughts: I bought a 3rd set so I had two matching to use in my computer, thankfully I had a friend that needed some ram so I sold him the two pieces that were different from the other 4 so I wasn't at a complete loss. again, not really a con because you should buy a 4 piece kit

4 out of 5 eggs1600, but no need to push.

Pros: case lat is 7-8-9-24. works fantastic. no problems. fast, but have to edit stock settings on mob, as it sets it auto to 1333. im sure i could get more than 1600 but i dont need the extra speed. add another 8 gigs and there isnt much i could ask for. durability is supposed to be the highest of any ram. mushkin wins.

Cons: none with a good clearance with your cpu cooler assuming you buy aftermarket. noctua has no problem.

5 out of 5 eggsA year in review.

Pros: I bought this pair for a HTPC, that was a year ago. Now I do not punish my memory (no overclocking, or insane speed testing), I used this set for a computer that in my home, is on seven days a week. That being said, it did what it was supposed to do. So I bought another pair for my new build, because the last time I bought 16Gb, and I don't use even half of it.

Cons: Well I cant overclock it to 956 Gigahertz. If you need memory and you do not need to overclock, then this memory is at a good price point.

Other Thoughts: If you need memory and your PC handles 8Gb @ 2x4Gb. Then that's all you need to know.

5 out of 5 eggsPower Boost!

Pros: This ram Maxed out the board for the price.
I was running 4GB 2X2 type and this ram shoves that rams face into the dirt and rubs its nose in it. Its blazingly fast timed right even with older bios, The heat sinks are like other ME products i have and work well.
This product is made for gamers that much is very clear.

Cons: The onlt con is the heatsink are large so much so they touch each other , thou this has never caused a problem.

Other Thoughts: if you are considering similar timed/speed/size ram I would go with ME every time in the last 5 years i have built about 15 gaming rigs and the Mushkin always in reality wins out in quality and preformance.

Pros: Great Speed, and reliability.

Other Thoughts: I bought 8 Gigs 6 months ago, and it runs like a dream. I wanted a little more power because I am running a VM so I gave it another 8. Runs like a champ.

5 out of 5 eggsGood RAM

Pros: 8GB at 1600 with tight timings
Easy to install and set up on my Motherboard (Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3)

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: This pair of RAM was on sale when I got them, $59 I believe. If you see them on sale again grab them!
