5 out of 5 eggsAwesome Memory

Pros: Awesome speed while still keeping decent timings. Great price from a very reliable manufacture with lifetime warranty. haven't had a single hiccup in the 12+ months I have had them. Had them overclocked for 6 or so months.

Cons: None

4 out of 5 eggsAlmost works as advertised

Pros: Low profile doesn't impact my CPU heatsink. Buying DDR3 2133 means you shouldn't need to overclock your memory.

Cons: Using the XMP profile has been unsuccessful for me. I have an ASRock Z77 Extreme 4 and I can run stable at 10-11-10-28 at 1.58v, but CAS 9, at any voltage, produces random reboots in Windows. Also, both Prime 95 and Aida64 show errors in under 5 minutes.

Other Thoughts: I've had nothing but excellent experiences with Mushkin in the past but I'm a little annoyed that these won't run as advertised. After all, the only reason to choose these (with their higher voltage requirement) over the Blackline is the tighter timing. In the end it's not worth the headache to RMA for a neglible performance gain. My system is still über fast, and even at CAS 10 the Windows Experience memory score is 7.9!

2 out of 5 eggsDoes not run at the rated speed

Pros: Works at up to DDR3-2000 without any errors so far.

Cons: It can only do DDR3-2000, not DDR3-2133 on my ASRock Z77 Extreme4. I tried changing the timings (CAS 10), voltage (up to 1.75v), etc.. but it refuses to POST at DDR3-2133. It can do DDR3-2000 just fine with the SPD timings (9-11-10) that are rated for 2133 MHz. :banghead: I bought it based on some customer reviews on Newegg saying that it could be oc'ed to 2400MHz at SPD timings, 1.65v. But it's not worth returning to Newegg for 1% performance difference - something that I'd never notice anyways, right?

I just updated the BIOS to a new revision. ASRock claims the board to support over 2800MHz with 4 sticks installed. Yet this memory comes can only do 2000MHz on this highly-regarded enthusiast motherboard.

The memory posts at only up to 2000MHz, no matter what (I tried up to 1.75v). It refuses to post at the rated 2133 MHz SPD timings in the XMP 1.2 profile.

Other Thoughts: I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the SPD profile only being XMP 1.2, not XMP 1.3 (for better support with Ivy Bridge rather than Sandy Bridge)???

I'm tired of the manufacturers pushing such products like this one to the absolute limits, to the point where many of them actually fail to meet the advertised speeds. What happened to the old QA (Quality Assurance) testing? If companies did this on say, 3-4 motherboards of different platforms, it would have made the world a much happier place to live in (and prevented some RMA's that are also bothersome to these companies).

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: This ram will run at 2133 at 1.6 volts...However, that is out of line with Intel's specs for Sandy bridge chips. 1.6 over a period of time could wonk your processor. This ram will do 1866 at 1.5 volts and you are still massively OC'd for Sandy bridge.

Cons: I don't have a con, I bought the ram knowing it would run at 1.65 @2133 and found it will do the same at 1.6. 1.6 is still outside the "safe" zone for Sandy bridge. I'll run it @ 1866.

Other Thoughts: Low profile and will fit under a hyper 212 if you raise the fan about 1/8 inch. Not a big deal and I am glad I bought low profile ram. I think if I pulled the heat spreader off the #1 stick I could drop my hsf back to normal but in a push pull config I wouldn't drop one degree C. I'll live with it as is.

5 out of 5 eggsPerfect

Pros: Runs exactly as advertized.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Reports to BIOS recommended settings (9-11-10-28) for 2133, all you have to do is choose it and the RAM will run at rated speed with no tweaking necessary.

5 out of 5 eggs<3 <3 <3

Pros: works as advertised w/ Bulldozer systems.... rated speed is no problem with FX-8120 and a Asus 990fx Sabercat, low profile heat spreader is a real plus too

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: I fell in love with this memory and the price is well within reason!!!!

5 out of 5 eggsBest Price for best quaity

Pros: -Quick at 2133mhz
-Does not cost much
-Red colored (my favorite color)

Cons: -Could not find a Quad channel ATX mobo for these beauties

Other Thoughts: PS: If the pc does not bot up when done with the intenal build, but did during the exteral build, ty replacing the RAM.
I've had this problem, not sure if it's because the RAM is a little bit too loose.

5 out of 5 eggsupdate

Pros: k this is to update my last review seems to get this memory and others to clock to 2133 u have to raise the dram voltage to 1.65 so now the memory is runnning like its should nice and fast even with some tight mem settings

Cons: really dont know why they dont just set the memory voltage to 1.65 out of the box it not like anyone pays more money to run these at 1600 or at least when u look at detail it should say to set to 1.65 to run at these speeds instead of 1.5

Other Thoughts: like i said udating on the review i wrote runs really fast at some really tight settings good memory they just need to let peeps know about what voltage to run these on to get the 2133

Pros: looks great runs good at 1333

Cons: can not get this memory to over past 1333 using a Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD5 for some reason the bios said overclock failer and rest it to 1333 so dont know what going on there i took another set of ripjaw memory and it does overclock so i have to say its the memory

Other Thoughts: like i said nice looking memory just wished it would run at the overclock speeds and yes i am running a amd bulldozer so it should run at those speeds

5 out of 5 eggsFor AMD990FX This is what you want

Pros: Very easy to overclock your AMD-FX processor using this memory. This is the memory you want, fast and stable. Have 8150-FX running stable and very quick @ 4.2Ghz. No pushing memory voltage up. Probably could get more if you did but not that greedy.System also has Corsair H80 H2O kit {Highly recommended...CPU run 80 degrees F under heavy load, gotta love that}. Stock cooler runs 103 Degrees idle.

Cons: Not super cheap but very good value nonetheless

Other Thoughts: Asus Sabertooth 990FX, AMD 8150-FX, Crucial 128 M4SSD,Nvidia 570 GTX,Corsair H80 Water cooling kit and Mushkin Redline.
