5 out of 5 eggsIt's working just dandy.

Pros: Installed it in a fresh build Gigabyte H-81M-DS2V motherboard, and it is working just fine. Checked the bios, and the memory was auto set to 1333 9-9-9-24.

It's not on the description, but this memory does have XMP(Extreme Memory Profile). I set the XMP to enabled in the bios because it's off by default, and it had one profile. I chose that which set the memory to 1600 9-9-9-24.

Cons: n/a

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Cheap (when on sale). Runs at advertised 1.5V and 1600 MHz w/9-9-9-24 timings. Fits (barely) next to my NH-U14S cooler.

Cons: Better overclocking RAM is available for only slightly more money.

1 out of 5 eggsMushkin is total garbage, AVOID

Pros: You will spend additional money returning the defective memory, so your wallet will be lighter, and you will be able to walk slightly faster.

Cons: Complete garbage memory. Defective, 2 sticks, on two different motherboards. Total waste of time and money. Now RMA time.

5 out of 5 eggssilverline 8gb

Pros: Mushkin.
strong solid performance.

Cons: not one. they have a smaller heat spreader but that's perfectly fine.

Other Thoughts: I have 2 builds one using 16gb redline series 1600 7 cas with the high heat spreader and one with these new sticks. I also know several friends that use this ram and other mushkin ram. This stuff is solid and works great. Used these sticks in the other computer.

5 out of 5 eggsGood quality

Pros: Works great, runs cool, no problems.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: Not sure if they autodetected correctly or not. I tend to manually set RAM speeds in my BIOS.

5 out of 5 eggsNo Problems

Pros: Haven't had any problems with these in my overclocked system for the months i've owned them. Runs at 1600, 1.5v and timings described. Low profile allows more compatibility with cpu coolers.

Cons: None so far.

5 out of 5 eggsPerfect RAM

Pros: Perfect RAM for a budget gaming rig.

Cons: None that I can see.

Other Thoughts: I had to change from 1333 to 1600 in BIOS. BIOS picked up correct timings of 9-9-9-24. Using with AMD Phenom 965.
