Pros: It worked great, as expected SATA III 240GB

Cons: BSOD happened multiple times, then it stopped booting into windows. I though surely it wasn't the drive, well it was. I tested it on multiple ports, multiple externals, multiple systems. I was shocked that I couldn't get a single thing to recognize the existence of the disk. BIOS would never recognize it.

Pros: This does run at advertized specifications and I paid $150

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: I got this on sale for $150 and it does run at advertized specifications. I put this in my MSI GT70

Pros: The price for a 240 Gb SSD was OK.

Cons: Let me see the hard drive is the slowest part of my whole build how is that for a con!?!?!? Sabertooth AMD MB, 4.0 Ghz AMD Vishera 8 core processor etc, etc. It took much to get it initialized and then it scores a 7.0.

Other Thoughts: They have better models but not going to be the guinea pig.

Pros: Purchased this drive for my new build. This was my first SSD experience and it has been pleasant thus far. PC takes about 12.5 seconds to boot (from pressing the power button to login screen). Read/write speeds are good as well.

Cons: No cons.

Other Thoughts: Before I purchased this drive, I read through the reviews and saw a couple of people recommend installing the newest firmware right away to prevent stability issues. I did this the second the drive was installed and I haven't experienced a single problem in the time that I've had this drive.

Pros: The drive installed easily, with no issues. I was able to load Windows 7 right away and it is fast. For the price this drive is unbeatable.

Cons: 3.5 inch bracket did not line up properly with my case.

Other Thoughts: As I mentioned the bracket did not line up correctly. I didn't take off any eggs, because I don't feel like this detracts from the product and could just as easily be an issue with my case as with the bracket.

Pros: Fast, no problems installing.

Cons: None to speak of

Pros: Fast, reliable so far.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: SSDs are great for performance gains, not reliable, do not trust them for critical data. When SSDs fail the data is gone, when conventional drives fail they usually let you know prior with errors or noises, and 90% of the time the data is recoverable.

Do yourself a favor and always have an SSD+SATA3 configuration. SSD for your OS+Apps and a SATAx hard drive for your data. I would recommend symlinking the Windows's user files to the SATA drive for convenience.

Pros: Fast, but all SSD's are.

Cons: The SandForce controller causes BSOD in Windows 7 on wake from sleep and hibernation. I sent two repair/replace requests with Mushkin regarding the know issue with SandForce and they sent me a new replacement of the same model with the same problem. Therefore I sold the last replacement they sent back. If they can afford to scrap and replace drives needlessly, then I need to find a different maker.

Pros: I've owned one of these drives for more than a year and it has performed flawlessly. I purchased one for a customer - see cons. Tech support is awesome.

Cons: The one purchased for a customer worked for 8 months and then became intermittent, was driving us crazy. This was a replacement drive that failed immediately. I returned the one after 8 months and they replaced with no questions. We'll see how the 3rd one does, 3 times a charm.

Pros: Very quick when used as part of Fusion Drive array on Hackintosh.

Cons: Not cheap but one of the most competitive.
