5 out of 5 eggsExcellent Stable Ram!

Pros: Stable at 1.5v and 2133!!!! @ 11 Clk Awesome!!!

Cons: None!

Other Thoughts: Awesome RAM!!! This is my first Mushkin purchase but I will definitely make them my go to brand for high performance RAM.

I set the RAM to 2133 in my BIOS and 1.5v so it would work nicely with Sandy Bridge. Perfectly stable with my 4.0Ghz 2600k!

Awesome!!! Mushkin makes it easy

5 out of 5 eggsIt works

Pros: It went in and works. This is a lga 2011 new motherboard and I am not going to monkey with overclocking. My old lga 1366 needed upgrades and this was bigger, better, and new. At defults of the BIOS I have 798mhz in CPUZ 'memory' and 11-11-11-28 with 1T and 208 clocks.

Cons: Don't know

Other Thoughts: Good price $155.

5 out of 5 eggsMushkin Enhanced Blackline

Pros: Works well at listed speed and timings. Fits under my Noctua heatsink. Looks good.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: Took a while to get the memory stable at the listed speed, but this was not any fault of the memory. CPU needed voltage adjustments to System Agent. Again, not a problem with the memory itself.

4 out of 5 eggsDecent 2133MHz Memory

Pros: Mushkin Quality, XMP, X79 Ready...

Cons: None for the rated speeds & timings...

Other Thoughts: Setting XMP Profile 2133MHz 10-11-10-28 1.5V on ASUS Rampage IV Extreme works flawlessly. I was hoping to use them @ 1866MHz 9-9-9-27 1.5V but they don't post. Have to use 9-10-9-27. Not a big deal, but these aren't the Redline's either which is what I usually get. The 9-9-9-27 model was Out Of Stock when I went to purchase these. Running them @ 2133 needs at least 1.25V on the VTT & VCCSA which is more than I like for 24/7, only 1.15V for both @ 1866.

5 out of 5 eggsmushkin blackline

Pros: overclocked instantly on my msi z77a-gd65.

runs stable at 1.5v

Cons: none so far, haven't played with timings yet, it defaulted to 10-11-10-28.

Other Thoughts: I thought I saw someone complaining about the heatsinks on the blackline or redline and have no idea what they were talking about. I guess you could rip the heatsinks off pretty easily but it's not like they're "falling off" by any means. They're equally as solid as the last 20 (various brands) I've bought.

5 out of 5 eggsDDR-2133

Pros: Runs exactly as advertised with only 1.5V on LGA 2011 X79.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: You need to read up on how to set voltages on the CPU's memory controller to run DDR3-2133. The people who are having problems with these kits are probably not providing enough voltage to the right parts of the CPU. LGA2011 CPU's are only specified to DDR3-1600. While that speed is guaranteed for the RAM kit, it is asking a lot of the CPU. Even with perfect voltage tweaks, not all CPU's can handle 2133. You may end up at DDR3-2000 and some tighter timings.

5 out of 5 eggsGREAT mem...will ALWAYS run@2133 if...

Pros: high performance, great overclockability, and runs fairly tight timings @ 1.5volts...

if you push the volts up to 1.6+ you can tighten even further!!!

Cons: not ridgeback

Other Thoughts: if you can't get this mem up to 2133MHz,,, don't give a bad rating and blame the memory...
not being able to hit the XMP profile would be the fault of your cpu's memory controller. Intel processors "officially support" 1333MHz... anything beyond that is an "overclock"

If 1866MHz is all you can get from it,,, i apologize but you have not fared well in the "SILICON LOTTERY"

you could try to push the voltage up a bit, but you'll be risking your cpu's longevity... S/B is no fan of >1.5vots

4 out of 5 eggsMemory Clock speed is high for overclocking

Pros: Mushkin, rated at a low supported voltage of 1.5.

Cons: Wish it had the ridgeback heatsync, cant find this blackline with it!

Other Thoughts: Intel processors DO NOT support this speed of memory, its not mushkins fault, they make it this fast because people want it this fast, and people buy motherboards and unlocked processors so they can overclock it.
Sandybridge 2600k has a memory controller that supports only 1333mhz, if you want to go higher your gonna have to overclock it. If you got higher than 1333 then you are already getting a bonus. Newer ivybridge 3000 series intel i7s support 1600mhz, you can get it up to 2133, but that doesn't make it "supported"

look at the "memory types" column on the intel page for your processor under memory specifications.

3 out of 5 eggsMushkin Speed Ratings

Pros: Mushkin

Cons: I actually own the redline 1866 RAM but I had the same issue the other reviewer here had. I was never able to get it to run at it's rated 1866 regardless of XMP or manually inputting the timings. 1600 runs fine

Other Thoughts: I've never had a problem with Mushkin products before but I may be more wary in the future.
