Pros: -Looks nice for one
-Handles Windows 7 64bit Ultimate like a champ.
-Really helps for very graphic intense games that suck memory dry
-Put with a q6600 and sli graphics its unbeatable
-Startup/Shutdown less than 10 seconds, cant say that for vista.
Can finally play Crysis Warhead on Enthusiast settings without killer lag or any lag at all :)
Brings Windows ratings from a 4.0 to a 7.1 on the memory (7.9 being the highest)

Cons: Not really a con but by default my BIOS set the voltage for 1.86v instead of 2.1 it also says on the package what its supposed to be. Still not a con though.

Pros: -price
-good brand
-decent speeds

Cons: -not really OCZ`s fault, but make sure you change the mem timings in your BIOS to get the most out of these.
-not sure how that heatsink improves performance but I do not care since they look GREAT in my case!!!
