5 out of 5 eggsSimple - does what it supposed to

Pros: The small aluminum case is about the perfect size for a usb drive. It feels more expensive than it really is. Nice bright (but not overwhelming) light on the end. Clear cover fits tight. Works flawlessly with laptop, desktop and usb car stereo. Access times seem to be about average.

Cons: Having the word "DIESEL" printed on one side of the case sometimes makes coworkers laugh.

Other Thoughts: The clear cover fits tight but is easy to misplace. Had a Kingston DataTraveler 100 that gave my car stereo fits. Had to reset everything if I left the USB drive plugged in overnight. Very annoying. Unlike the Kingston, the OCZ has been working great. I threw the Kingston in the garbage as the postage wasn't worth it to get a replacement.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Works as advertised. The speed is good and it has survived several dozen complete overwrites so far.

Very cool looking. I've received multiple complements on it.

Dang cheap.

Cons: The cap is a little bit of a hassle, as there is nowhere to stick it on the drive while in use. Just have to keep it somewhere you won't lose it.

4 out of 5 eggsEasy impulse buy

Pros: Very small, feels tough. While the cap is easy to lose, it's shaped so that it's pretty tough to accidentally knock it off.

Cons: Sometimes makes a weird snapping sound when I stick it into the USB port.

Other Thoughts: I bought 2 of these for 'Boot CDs,' and they work great.
I used one to flash my BIOS, and a second one to run the Ultimate Boot CD. Certainly a good purchase, though loading a Linux distro off of it sure seems slow.

5 out of 5 eggsUsed for windows recovery

Pros: high speed, small size

Cons: some usb ports need finessing due to a plastic lip inside the thumb drives port

Other Thoughts: Used for portable Linux drive to recover windows failures.

5 out of 5 eggsNice flash drive

Pros: Small, portable, and stores a decent amount. and was free for me when i got it a few months ago.

Cons: none, really, wish i got a bigger one for free, i guess.

Other Thoughts: would not have bought outright, but as a gift, it was fine. and the price has come down a bit since i got it. for $6, not a bad deal.

5 out of 5 eggsIt's a flash drive

Pros: It works flawlessly. 2GB of highly portable storage. Plug it in and it is instantly recognized by Vista or XP. My ASUS P5Q Deluxe was able to use it for flashing the BIOS. Decent transfer speed. Vista is happy to use it for ReadyBoost, but I wasn't able to notice any speed increase. Case is sturdy, you don't have to worry about breaking this thing unless you put it under a truck.

Cons: The key ring clip is plastic. The cap doesn't snap on (but it does stay on).

Other Thoughts: Overall this product is excellent. Does exactly what it says it does. The clear plastic on the end (key ring clip plastic) covers a red light that flashes when the drive reading/writing. This light is fairly bright.

4 out of 5 eggsOrdinary flash drive

Pros: Does what it's meant to do.

Cons: The plastic loop meant for attaching to a keyring or etc is weak. It broke after about a week of carrying around with my keys.
