- Pros: -looks cool and heavy duty
-runs close to rated timings at 7-7-7-24 with 1.95 volts
-just the right thickness for the memory to fit adjacent slots
-big heat sinks
- Cons: -if your cpu cooler hangs over the memory slots, installation may be a problem
Worked well enough
- Pros: Decent memory for the price, especially with the intermittent rebates offered. OCZ chips are generally the best in the business. They will clock easily to 6-6-6-18 @1700 mhz with 1.9v, and are rated to achieve 1.95v.
- Cons: Unfortunately both chips in my kit failed in little more than a month. New ones are already on order from ocz. We'll see how they fare.
- Other Thoughts: The kit I recieved had problems with the sealing on the end caps. This was most likely foreshadowing their eventual fate, although the end caps were easily sealed by introducing a film of electrical tape between the cap and the body When I contacted ocz for the replacements they offered to exchange the kit, for the 1800mhz reapers at no charge, but I stuck with the water cooling ones. So run your normal water cooling checks with mobo power off first, clock these chips to where you want em, then prime95 em for a bit to check for errors. P.S. You'll need 1/4in ID tubing to connect to the barbs on these.

- Other Thoughts: These things run very cool even without water cooling. Can't beat OCZ
