Pros: RAM that is designed specifically to run with AM3 system. 1600 DDR3, 4 GIG, finally for the good price.
Cons: You need to set it up manually to run at 1600, 1066 by default. Not a con for a pro. :)
Other Thoughts: I usually stick with Corsair, but chose OZ for this build dew to lover cost and actually 100% compatibility.

Pros: 1 - Speed 2 - Easy to OC via AOD 3 - Great Price for the value
Cons: None once I got all the timings and speeds set manually.
Other Thoughts: Had some issues for the first few hours to get these to run at 1600Mhz with the correct timings, but that could be related to my motherboard (Crosshair III Formula) they came stock at 1066, with 7-7-7-16 timings with auto settings in BIOS but once set manually works like a charm now.

Good Ram BUT!

Pros: Ram runs great once timings and speed are set for it. The SPD does not show any timings for 1600 speed. The highest is 1333.
Cons: Now for the fun part, if you don't have 1 of these 2 cpu's, it will not be recognized by AOD.
AMD 965BE C2 AMD 955BE C2
AMD965BE C3 will not be recognized by the AOD program, and because of this you can't update the profile for the memory.
No where does AMD and OCZ tell you this, you have to dig into the AMD website for the AOD program, to find the information.
So to say the least I was a little aggrevated when I found this out.

Pros: Does what I ask of it. Haven't messed with overclocking or timing yet, but everything seems to work sort of fine.
Cons: Little over a month after installing, I started to get multiple BSOD's daily. After some troubleshooting I ran memtest only to find out that one stick had fried on me. Ah well, it happens.
Other Thoughts: Not going to bother with RMA. Easier to just save up to buy a new pair.

Cons: High failure rate, long RMA process
Other Thoughts: I bought this memory to pair with my MSI 790 AMD Black series motherboard. Bought 4x 2gb modules. As soon as the system was assembled, I ran memtest86+ overnight with all 4 modules in. Passed. System worked great for a month or 2, then I began to BSOD. After weeks of testing various things, I ended up re-running memtest86 on each module individually overnight (10+ passes). Eventually, I found one module that was bad. Now outside my Newegg RMA window, I must deal directly with OCZ for a replacment, and it is going to take forever...

Pros: I bought a set of 2x2 GB couple months ago and now just add another set so I can have more memory to do video processing. Amazing, they all work very well at 8-8-8-24 as DDR3 1600 after manual tweaking BIOS. I'm happy.
Cons: If they can process rebate faster.
