3 out of 5 eggsBUYER BEWARE

Pros: Good performance in Windows

Cons: This device is completely non-standard. It is a combination of two SSD devices (in this size) pushed into a single case.

It has a proprietary connection to enable it's stellar performance which a) requires a PCI Express slot and b) only works with Windows.

This shouldn't be listed as an "enterprise" product if it only works with desktop operating systems. In Linux, the device shows up as two separate disks, and you do not get the performance indicated. The forum response from OCZ for this product has been "we don't support linux".

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing

Pros: Absolutely amazing, extremely fast, great for any speed freak's arsenal. Takes Windows 7 64bit 3 seconds to boot from the Windows logo to the desktop. Everything opens instantly!!!!

Super easy install. I read alot of bad reviews about questionable ocz driver support durring the os install, and all sorts of issues booting from this device. OCZ must have gotten their act together, because all I had to do was F6 the raid driver, just like any other raid situation. Windows Immediatly saw the drive and was able to partition, format, install, and boot without incident.

Absolutely no issues booting on this device using gigabyte 880GA-UD3H. I installed my ATI video card into the top pcie16x slot, and installed the HSDL controller into the second pcie4x slot, and set bios to boot off HSDL controller.

Cons: I was a little disappointed when I plugged the sata power into this device and the power connector on the drive kinda broke and push into the drive enclosure. Although it still functioned, I really didnt like the way that felt, so I called newegg the next day, and they sent me a new one, without incident. Thanks for the great support newegg...

Other Thoughts: My wife doesn't understand why I'm so excited.

NO exposed electronic components.

Drives seem encased in an enclosure.

Never gets hot.

When loading driver, it mentions softraid in the description of the device.

Bios posts displays 4 25gb SSDs in a raid 0 ^^. I could probably get 4 60gb ocz agility ssds for about the same price, and use my motherboard's onboard softraid.

Pros: Fast

Cons: - uses a pci-e slot
- instructions don't mention the required power cable. Without it I got a pci-e init error.
- drivers had to be downloaded, because they weren't included with the package.

Other Thoughts: Included drivers and clear instructions are nice, but I got this drive because it is fast. The cons were minor issues.

1 out of 5 eggsOCZ IBIS

Pros: Really fast when you get it to run,

Cons: really a pain to get it going, beware when you buy these, Its not a plug and play item, you have to go great extendt to get it up and running, OCZ doesnt send any info with it, no disks, no drivers, no help, I searched for days to get the right drivers for it then it still wouldnt work with windows 7 64bit.

Other Thoughts: Wow where do I begin, you spend that much money on this and they dont even send a disk to help you install it, not even a inst manual, I had to down load that also, then you have to format it for all 4 channels to get it in raid 0, were not done, then you have to find and load the drivers not just one but 2, one for the controller card so your systems see's the device in the PCI slot and another one for the SSD itself, then you have to set the bios up so it see's it, then when you load windows you have to get the drivers off a flash drive or where ever you downloaded it from and put it onto and get it from there and load both of them up for you then you can load windows, I almost RMA'd this but hung inthere cause it was a challenge and got it. I know this will be the last one I will ever get so Beware all of you.
