Lasted less than a day
Pros: When it was working, the speed difference in boot time and program loading was phenomenal. Didn't work long enough for me to evaluate any other pros such as laptop battery life and temperature.
Cons: Worked for less than a day and then became unusable - not recognized by the BIOS, OS or OCZ's toolbox. Before I installed it I updated the firmware and the drive disappeared; I had to disconnect the power from my laptop before it was recognized again.
Other Thoughts: Newegg states "Limited Replacement Only Return Policy" when it's in your cart (which I didn't see) but on this page (review) it states "Standard Return Policy". To make it more confusing the "Limited Replacement Only Return Policy" in this case turns out to be a "No Replacement, No Return Policy" - you have to RMA it through OCZ. I just bought a 500 GB Crucial M4 SSD elsewhere (can't believe it won't let me put their name in there) - they will replace it or give me a refund if there's a problem so, needless to say, I won't be buying anything from Newegg again.

Great drive, great price, zero problems
Pros: -Easy installation on MAC OS X
Cons: The only con would be the OCZ Vertex is a bit better value, but I'm betting on the flexibility of future firmware updates with Indilinx vs. waiting on 3rd party updates. Each person can make their own choice, but SSDs with in-house controllers are the best way to future proof your investment.
Other Thoughts: This is easily the best upgrade you can make to your computer. The 256GB is an ideal size / price upgrade. Yes it's $400, but for $400 you'll get what is essentially a brand new computer. Not bad. OSX Lion reload from start to finish in less than 20 minutes. Boot times are around 10 seconds. Wakeup from hibernation is nearly instant. This was a great decision.

Super Fast and Flawless Install
Pros: Blazing fast!! I am using it on my laptop with a SATA 3 compatible motherboard so I am not even seeing the full speed.
Cons: Price will empty your wallet, but is well worth it
Other Thoughts: Great Christmas present.
