Pros: For those of you that gave this ram a bad review because you had issues. Check compatability with your mobo before you buy ram. Also set your bios to use optimal settings for timings, and set the speed to "By SPD" before you change out ram ( EVERY TIME U CHANGE RAM ). Also set VDIMM voltage to default.
This is excellent ram as me and many others have gotten to 240+mhz at 2.5-3-3-6 with 2.6v
Cons: None for anyone that knows what they are doing.
Other Thoughts: People that think they know what they are doing and try to increase voltage and reduce timings on this ram thinking they will get more performance . This ram will OC the same with stability at default timings and voltage up to 240mhz if you know what you are doing. More juice and lower timings does nothing for this ram ( It's all in your head ). If you have issues with overclocking this ram run 2T timings ( Not CAS 2 for the impaired ). If you don't know what you are doing sell your PC and get an "Etcha Sketch". Your PC deserver better.

Pros: Replaced a pair of 512MiB 3-3-3-8 units with this pair of 1GiB 2.5-3-3-6 in a nForce4 Standard, Socket-939, Athlon 64 3200+. Rock solid stable at 2.5-3-3-6 under Fedora Core 3 x86-64 (64-bit) and Windows XP Pro (32-bit) so far.
Cons: At this price point, none, really.

Pros: I'm reviewing this because I was fairly confused with compatability when I was trying to get more memory for my Asus mb. My motherboard will run up to 4gb of dual channel memory. I wanted this so I could get the most out of Windows 7 64 bit. The Asus site claims to have a QVL or qualified vendor list; however once I finially found it on the asus site it wasn't updated and the page wouldn't even load. I had read some reviews that warned users not to buy this memory if they had my motherboard, but I took the chance and got 2 sets of 2gb sticks anyway. I installed 2gb then installed Windows 7, once I was sure everything was working I installed the other two sticks. Everything ran fine but Windows could only use 2.97gb of my total 4gb. So then I went to the Asus website for answers, none were found, most people said that either a graphics card or other device was using memory and therefore Windows was only left with the 2.97. Since I didn't believe that, I tried the windows 7 forums,
Cons: which to my amazement has been incredibly helpful. the answer was to enable the "memory hole" in the bios settings. Now all 4gb are seen by both Windows and my motherboard all 4gb are also usable. Granted their are probablly other settings that may need adjusting for peek performance, but for now my system runs great. So if you have the same MB and want this ram it's OK.
Other Thoughts: Nice Ram, installs Easy, Pretty RED, the Asus Website is terrible, next MB wont be ASus.

Pros: I just got my pair over nighted. I have been running one gig of pat ram, not the happiest if you ask me. I have had a one gig of this before and the times and oc'ing for my Denmark 165 go up much more with this ram.
Cons: The price has gone up a lot over the past year.
Other Thoughts: This ram is amazing, my buddy and I have built a few computers with this ram and OC'd like crazy with them, never had a failure once. Best on the market.
