1 month of heavy used and abused
- Pros: I have been using this memory kit for over a month now. I have overclock this memmory to 1100 at 2.35V. , theres a big review of this memory at anan*tech , read it. im running my Core 2 Duo @ 3.7 wirh Zalman CNPS 9500 and this memory lets me overclock my cpu to the moon if i want to , i got my cpu to post @ 4.0 for a while but too hot and back down to 3.7 , my point is , this is the memory to get if you want to overclock your cpu to the max without worrying about if your memory can handle it , this kit for sure can handle anything you can think of.
Yes they are D9GMH micron chips.
Not one single error on this great memory for over a month , they run like a champ. Great choice i made. Buy it.

- Other Thoughts: I do my homework and read a lot of reviews before buying hardware , and by far this is the best deal i have found as far as D9GMH micron chips goes. Dont let Cors**r memory or other named brand fool you they are using promos chips not D9s , the fact that this memory overclocks to 1100 (PC 8800) ITS SOMETHING JUST AMAZING! For the price it canot get better than this.

at 2.35V. 5-5-5-12, awsome ram if you want to overclock your core 2 duo, nice heatspreaders , no errors on memtest for 24 hours , does not run that hot like other people have posted before me so actually they run warm but not hot. Got my core 2 duo 6600 runing at 3.7. Works perfectly with gigabyte 965p S3 ,it boot up and posted first time on this mobo and its 100% compatible with it. The best memory can buy.

- Pros: i have put this ram to the test time and time again. its still going strong. i have had this ram for almost 3 years. never a problem. i am loving the price at 90 bucks. i paid almost 230 bucks

Burns Brightest
- Pros: This is some awesome ram. Had it up to 1040 mhz, no sweat. It did die on me, as others have said.
RMA with g-skill was painless, fill out a form, email, get rma number, mail in, just got it back, no hassles.
- Cons: Well, it did die on me, one stick, then the other a little bit later.
- Other Thoughts: Any good product wears out, these just wear out faster. But, I paid about 150 for mine, and just got new ones. So they are still going now, for the original price, plus shipping.
Still running great since July 07'
- Pros: Highly overclockable and stable. Price although high for today still much better than the 200+ I paid originally. My pair was used with a E6600 @ 3.4 for the 1st year and since has been paired with a set of 2 Gig Patriot sticks in a 3.1 Q6600 system all at the 4-4-4-12 settings.
- Cons: Original cost. Comparative cost in todays market. Low life expectancy.
- Other Thoughts: If you want to hit some benchmarks then this memory is great. Reported speeds of up to 478 not uncommon for this memory.
