Cons: The memory I got was bad. I got Windows installed, but it was experiencing major stability issues. It would also not boot some times. The bios would start up, but when the loading animation for Windows kicked in it would just die and restart. The problem was impossible to reproduce reliably. Memtest86 would fail about 50% of the time, but 50% it would run fine, and the boot fine. It seemed to manifist the problem after the system was off for a while. Very frustrating troublshooting the problem.
I tried different G.Skill memory (the DDR3 1600) and the system was stable. So I returned this stuff to Newegg and bought some more of that.
Other Thoughts: Overall I am sure G.Skill is fine. I usually use a different brand. So in my next system build I will probablay use something else. In the past few years I have built about 5 different systems, and this is the first time I have had bad memory from the start.

Pros: Memory worked great with my intel i7 setup.
Cons: After about 10 months of use, one of the sticks just stopped working. Not knowing about the 1 year warranty I had already replaced with another brand and its now been 13 months but 1 of the sticks is still running good.
