Other Thoughts: I purchased this RAM along with a GIGABYTE GA-MA770T-UD3P AM3 AMD 770 ATX AMD Motherboard on 10/30/2009. It's still working, what more can I say?

Pros: Appealing red sink.
Got them to run stable at 8-7-7-18 1.55 volts. Never tried 1.50 they may work just as well with same timings.

Cons: None

Pros: No issues, and it's fast enough for my spare AMD computer. The heat spreaders match my cheap Zotac board well enough

Cons: I thought the heat spreader would be of a little higher quality like on the other memory I've gotten from G.Skill, but it's pretty much just cosmetic with ram like this

Other Thoughts: This was carefully packed in a padded shipping envelope and placed alongside my dvd burner in the best packed pox I have received in a while. Kudos to the Whittier, CA warehouse, All of the things I have gotten from that location were packed the best

Pros: Works as expected, used in a HTPC mini-itx build and fits in great and makes the HTPC fly! Great price, great speed.

Cons: None really

Pros: Have not had errors caused by this memory.

Cons: None

Pros: High rating on Windows 7 experience index (7.7)

Cons: None to think of, other than short life span

Other Thoughts: 2 separate dual sets up and died, all the sudden, after I introduced a PNY 9800 GTX to my system to update my PNY 9800 GT (same driver package).

I was using a 650 watt Corsair PSU and the Phenon X4 965 and nothing was overclocked. Then all the sudden, nothing was working anymore and I get 3 short beeps when the computer is turned on.

I hope GSkill has warranty coverage for this or I am out 8GB of memory that I need to have an operable system.

Pros: Installed back in December 2008, (for $94, boy has the price come down!) and they still work with all of my other gear which has since been upgraded.
Long lasting, and when I bought 4 more to upgrade, they all worked together great.

Cons: I did receive one dud package, which is why no 5 stars. However, I contacted newegg and got a replacement no problem. It's a risk you take with all RAM, so it's no big deal.

Other Thoughts: If you want cheap RAM that's high quality, you really can't go wrong here. There's certainly more powerful stuff out there now, but for the price, you really can't beat this.
