They were for the most part very patient. Cons: Don't like there ratings system. Like NQ RL, XL ETC. Other Thoughts: Focussing on the various Series, such as RL, XL, NQ, etc. according to G.Skill, the memory is all the same. The differences are the heatsinks. I hope they will last more than a year's time. Also, this is not! just exclusive to G.Skill, but since this is considered high grade memory, the speeds are set deliberately to the 1333 spec. This is for safety purposes. The rest you have to do yourself. Talking to other memory brands, this seems to be the way it is across the board. So you shouldn't knock off an egg because you had to set it up yourself. In my case, I went in and on manual, made sure the 9 9 9 24 and 2T were set as well as the DIMM voltage. It's not as dificult as you might think. So as a word of advice, when you get memory, always check to see in the BIOS, making sure the settings for your memory is correct.
