I don't see anywhere whether this RAM is compatible with 64-bit or 128-bit architecture? I am assuming this is for a 64-bit buss. Thanks

Question 2

I need 8GB RAM for my GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3L (rev. 2.0) mobo as I am upgrading to Win7 64bit OS. Is SDRAM this compatible?

I looked up your mb on crucial as a double check and it calls for a PC2 8500 and you can put in a maximum of 8 gb.  I did not see rev 2 but I would not be concerned as a rev change does not change a hardware design of that magnitude.  This memory worked like a charm for my computer running win 7.

Question 3

So I won't have a clearance issue,  can you tell me the height of the RAM?

I have a Noctua NH-C12P SE14 cooling my CPU and it hangs over 2 of my RAM slots.

The height of the chip and heat sink is significant - the heat sink doubles the overall height.  When I plugged the memory in, the memory felt almost as tall as the cpu and heat sink (basic amd am3 processor).  I would check for you now but this is in my dad's computer.
