Pros: I've overclocked my cpu hard with this ram and it overclocks itself quite well. Extra fan piece is a bonus and looks good in my case.

Pros: booted right up at stock settings 2000mhz(2:10) on my evga x58 classified with 965EE!no issues so far, havent tried to oc or tweak yet so we will see huh!

Cons: wish gskill would give a red led fan color option to match the rest of my case, not everyone wants blue leds! YES IM TALKING TO ALL MFG OF RAM COOLERS!WAKE UP WE WANT COLOR VARIETY!AND ITS A SIMPLE THING TOO DO!SO DO IT!

Other Thoughts: holiey bejesus!

Pros: Priced right and somewhat overkill spec.s for the core i7 920. Probably good for the higher end i7's as well. I've had good luck with Gskill in the past when overclocking.

Cons: 1.65 V is a bit on the high end for the i7. My motherboard has auto set DRAM to run at 1.57V, hence it is likely my RAM is underperforming a bit.

Other Thoughts: So far no problem at 1600 MHz clock. I suspect that some folks who couldn't reach 2000 Mhz were under-volting this RAM.

Pros: Ooh "Pretty Lights". Everything in my case is blue so you can imagine how much I like the Blue and extremely (bright light). Does a certain movie ring a bell? Got the sticks on the 8th sent them bachk on the 9th.

Cons: At first I tested the ram with my extra 2 gig kingston DDR3 1333 (2x1)
ram and it worked like a charm. 8 gig Bliss, then I ran them in the trip kit and they were perfect, then all stuff broke loose. the board would not post and know matter how many times I configured the sticks, - by the way, how many times can you do it until things start looking the same. Finally I contacted Gskill and they confirmed that the entire set was bad. Now I'm doing an RMA for my board as well as the sticks. CPUZ says 6gigs motherboard says 2gigs and OS shows they same 2gigs.

Other Thoughts: Asus P6t deluxe V.1 - i-7 920 @3 with 2gig Kingston at 7-7-7-17 Cooler Master Stacker full tower case - Coolit Domino cpu cooler - 8800gt SSC video Card - Xonar d2x sound card - Antec 30126 Veris Series Premier Multimedia Station. 2 PSU (both Ultra-550 watt powering 5hdd & samsung dvd burner & 11 fans & 700watt powering the board). Will wait for replacement sticks to see how they do.

Pros: Memory is cheaper then the other options at the speed. Cooler is does is job and is rather hypnotic. Is extermely stable on my P6T Deluxe at 1866 at 8-8-8-20 1CR at 1.60 volts.

Cons: Forwhatever I can not get this memory to run at 2000mhz at 9-9-9-24 2CR or any other settings I can find. I miss my G.Skill sticker.

Other Thoughts: Slightly disppointed since I have the earlier version of the board G.Skill says they use to validate this ram.

Pros: I don't usually write reviews of products that I buy here, but since there are not many reviews of this product, and I'm impressed with the performance of this memory I am this time.
So far in testing this memory I've used the following settings:
6-6-6-18 cr1 @ 1600 1.62 volts
7-7-7-20 cr1 @ 1866 1.62 volts
8-8-8-22 cr1 @ 2000 1.62 volts
These settings have been stable with the following tests:
Intel Burn Test 20 loops
Memtest 2.11 6 hours
Prime 95 6 hours
Several games for hours
I'm using a Asus Rampage II Extreme Motherboard, so it seems to be compatible even if its not on the tested motherboard list.
I'm still early in testing, so I might be able to get better timings by some more tweaking of the settings and voltage.

Cons: None so far. I knew the price when I bought them, so not a con.

Other Thoughts: According to G. Skills website, this is not the set that is rated at 7-8-7-20 cr1.
That memory is F3-1600CL7T-6GBS.

Pros: timing 7 87 20 @ 1T
