G.SKILL 2GB 200-Pin DDR2 SO-DIMM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Laptop Memory Model F2-6400CL5S-2GBSK

Pros: -It's memory, there's not a whole lot to say about it
-Nice heat sinks, looks cool
-Put in my acer aspire one D260 netbook and sped it up quite a bit.
-Arrived faster than I thought it would
-Not DOA so that's always a huge pro.

Cons: -None

Pros: Good quality, good price. Popped it into an Acer Aspire (AOD250) to replace the stock 1G stick. Now I can load it up almost as much as a desktop and linux rarely ever has to swap.

Cons: None.

Pros: Very nice. Fits perfectly in a Dell Inspiron Mini 1011. Allows my computer to boot much faster and actually allows you to go online and use Microsoft Office at the same time without drops in frame rate. Also was delivered much faster than expected. Thanks Newegg.

Cons: None so far.

Pros: I am able to switch between programs faster and Pandora doesn't lag when opening new windows and doesn't struggle like it does with 1 Gb

Cons: For some weird reason my processor and graphics windows score went down. Not by much but still.

Other Thoughts: Im running my netbook on windows 7 home premium

Pros: Plug and play on my Dell Mini 9, not a single hiccup. Cooler than the PNY DDR2 800 2GB stick I had in there, about the same as the 1GB DDR2 533, which was comfortable, so I'd say it was a success all-in-all

Cons: It works properly, without fuss! NONE

Other Thoughts: G. Skill has been great, it's been a while since OCZ stopped making RAM, but I'm pretty sure I'll look at G.Skill as my number one pick after this and 16GB of DDR3 for my M4500

Pros: works as advertised, sped up my Toshiba netbook

Cons: nil

Other Thoughts: not much to say when RAM works

Other Thoughts: My Dell Inspiron Mini 1012 is a much happier camper with 2gb of ram. Its a tripple boot machine running Windows 7 ultimate/ Max OSX 10.6 / Backtrack 5 (Linux)

Cons: I bought the gskill f2-6400cl5s-2GBSK memory stick. I have an Aspire One D255 Netbook, and the metal casing around the RAM stick increases the thickness, and when installed, does not allow the back case to completely snap tight because of a plastic bracket on the inside of the cover. The memory was installed properly, and works fine, but since the back of the case can't close tightly, it can cause issues with moisture, dust, etc. I had to trim the piece of plastic from the inside of the back cover to allow the back cover to fit tight. As an extra bonus, I cracked my screen installing this memory while trying to get the back cover to fit back on properly.

Other Thoughts: if you are upgrading memory for the aspire one, make sure you watch the youtube videos available before doing it, and also purchase memory that does not have the metal casing around the stick.
