Other Thoughts: It could be a lemon or is incompatible with the laptop, I'm currently trying to get another set through RMA. Manufacturer Response: . Dear Customer We will be glad to help with this compatibility. If the RAM does match the laptop specifications, check that you have the latest BIOS. To determine whether it may be a problem with a memory module, test one stick at a time. It is very unlikely for two memory modules to be defective the same exact way. Based on our research, this particular laptop may require high density RAM with 4 IC chips on each side, rather than 8 like this kit. Refer to G.Skill model F3-1333C9D-8GSA.
