Other Thoughts: I ordered 4x 4 gb 1066 so dimm for my late 2009 iMac and only 2 of the 4 worked. I tried moving to different slots and would only read 2. One would corrupt the software and the other will not read at all. I am sending back to see if the next two they send will work. Manufacturer Response: . If so, send them in for RMA exchange and a replacement should work flawlessly. It is not guaranteed two seperate kits can work in a single computer, so that may be a potential problem. Pros: I bought this for my 2010 White Macbook (which supports 8GB, even though apple says it only supports 4). It has worked great for me so far. Seriously though, don't ever buy "mac certified" memory, it's exactly the same as regular memory. Cons: None really. With memory, it's pretty much either it works, or it doesn't (unless you do overclocking, which doesn't really happen with laptop memory). Did you find this review helpful?
