Pros: Really good RAM, computer performance is way better and runs smooth with this upgrade.

Other Thoughts: Love this RAM, but the only thing that is frustrating is that Toshiba laptop is not compatible with this product, so you will lose sleep mode, but if you can live without sleep mode this ram is great

Pros: Installed this 8 gigs of G.Skill on my Lenovo SL510 laptop. Factory had installed 2 gigs, so on Win 7 this is like a newer fast laptop!

Cons: NewEgg's memory configuration app picked out a similar module but it wasn't 100% correct according to G.Skill's excellent technical support. I received an answer back via email in less than 24 hours!

Other Thoughts: I highly recommend you contact G.Skills technical support for pre-sale recommendations on memory. I was concerned after reading several disappointed reviews that appeared to be because users did not utilize the correct memory. G.Skill offered to exchange via RMA, which is awesome, but even an experienced Analyst such as myself was not 100% sure what EXACT memory to purchase for best performance despite the information from NewEgg's memory config app. I'm glad that I contacted G.Skill FIRST to save myself and everyone time and hassle.

This is not my first time purchase of G.Skill memory and it won't be my last! It's great quality just like other popular brands but it's cheaper. So don't let the price fool you - this IS a high-end brand and their Tech Support is top notch.

I'll continue purchasing G.Skill for my memory upgrades and will continue to recommend G.Skill to my friends who seek my advice often on technical information.

-Affordable

Cons: One or both died causing memory dumps and crashes(didn't want to sit there testing the individual sticks if I had to return the entire kit anyway). Replaced with factory memory and resolved the crashes and dumps.

Other Thoughts: First G.skill product I ever bought... meh

Pros: Works great. Never had a problem with G.Skill. Price

Pros: Works great after several months in a new laptop, fantastic upgrade!

Cons: None, except the price has gone up recently.

Pros: It's DDR3 SDRAM. Popped it in and laptop saw it on boot. Ran win7 memory test with no reported errors.

Cons: None at all.

Other Thoughts: Installed in a Toshiba Satellite L755. Win7-64 OS.

Pros: Fast, easy to install, no BSoD's upon boot up. Opened package, opened laptop up, took out old and new memory slipped cleanly into place. Buttoned everything back up and booted windows, shaved a few seconds off the boot time.

Cons: Only con is that my laptop doesn't have much of the way in memory settings...which happen to be non-existent in the bios for Toshiba. Not a big deal as it recognized the memory. Would have preferred a little more in the way of documentation or warranty from G-skill but not a big deal as this is on their site.

Other Thoughts: Ordered on the 21st of Dec arrived on the 28th. Got here quicker than the laptop I put the memory in but that's not a big deal. Went from a single stick or 4GB memory to this. Brought my windows score from 7.1 to 7.5, not a big jump but it is a noticeable one. Now I just need to get an SSD and a copy of Windows 7 to make my laptop purr like a kitten.

Wish my work would go as smoothly as this memory installation did...

Pros: it works very well

Cons: I booked G skill 2*4GB memory model why they send me the Nanya technology 2*4GB

Pros: When it worked it was fast and great.

Cons: Failed after about 2 months. Blue screens, freeze ups, and millions of errors with memtest. Put the stock memory back in the laptop and no problems. It can't seem to handle heavy use.

Other Thoughts: Put in HP pavillion dv6 2000.
