4 out of 5 eggsDied in 6 months

Pros: Worked. Did its Job.

Cons: Broke After Six Months

Other Thoughts: Used this RAM for my first ever PC Built. Slides in great, works fine. I don't know what the difference is between memory, all i know is that I need it to game with. Caught it on sale, put it in the machine. 6 Months later, I start BSODing... I start getting locked up in games. Everyone I talk to "Check the Ram" Errors up the whazoo. Tech support, while very friendly, were very... Unprepared and Unorganized. They have two different sources on how to get RMA And they both always contradict themselves - Making it difficult to get my NEW RAM Back to me in a timely efficient matter.
-1 Egg just for Tech Support issues.

1 out of 5 eggsdisapointed

Pros: said it was compadible

Cons: was the first component to not work in my first pc build

Other Thoughts: thought gskill was optimized for my maximus v formula i7 3770k. not if it doesn't even work code 55 then code ae and a2. great puts my opinion and new hobby in a different direction .read reviews thought I would be byeing more for the other pc builds I was planning for family but looks like corsair should have been my choice.not to mention delaying my sweet pc.

5 out of 5 eggsGood RAM but check MoBo QVL before you buy

Pros: Reliable, fast, cheap. Everything you want in RAM

Cons: Not compatible with Asus Sabertooth Z77 motherboard. My fault for not checking QVL though.

5 out of 5 eggsgood stuff

Pros: was pretty cheap when I got it. this ram does everything it's supposed to well. overclocks good, though I haven't taken to anything extreme so ....

Cons: not a con but the fins are kind of tall, had problems with my HSF but nothing major, just raised the fan a tad bit. not a con for the ram itself or the company but the price of ram is going up due to a DRAM shortage or something like that, so expect prices to rise up more ...

Other Thoughts: overall I really like this ram. works just as good as the last crucial stuff I bought and I little cheaper too. if you plan to OC like a mad man then this may not be so great, worked fine for me but I didn't take it to high, but if you are planning a crazy OC then you would probably pick something with a higher speed anyway.

5 out of 5 eggsWorked as advertised

Pros: Worked at advertised speeds... I was smart to avoid RAM with 'abstract' timings, therefore I'm not surprised this worked out of box....

Cons: It doesn't amuse more than any other RAM stick with a fancy cooler but equal specs/price as about 50 competitors

Other Thoughts: Not d.o.a cool

5 out of 5 eggsF3-12800CL9D-8GBXL

Pros: ~Moderately fast. 7.3 WEI for memory.
~8 GB is probably all the RAM you'll ever need unless you're hosting a server/website of some sorts.

Cons: ~No performance issues. Hated the bomb-proof plastic casing, though.

Other Thoughts: It's a standard kit of RAM, should sustain anything you need. Could fit well in nearly any build.
