Other Thoughts: After reading a few reviews saying it was compatible with my Macbook pro, I pulled the trigger. While it was shipping I read an official response from G Skill that it was NOT. I was pretty nervous about it, but once I popped it in, there it was! 16 gigs! G Skill has been my first choice for a few years now and it will continue to be.

Pros: - Works as expected, no problems.
- I've been using these reliably for the past 4 months without any problems.
- The extra RAM capacity has really improved my computer's capacity to do things concurrently (at the some time).
- I end up running various VMs and IDEs all at the same time so it's very helpful.

Cons: -NONE

Other Thoughts: I have no complaints at all about this RAM, it works perfectly.

My laptop vendor (DELL) said that the max supported would be 8GB, but Intel's max rating for my processor (i5-2410m) was 16GB, so trust what Intel says more than your system vendor about RAM capabilities.

Pros: It's even cheaper when I used coupon code.

Cons: 1. I am 100% sure my laptop (with newest BIOS) can support this memory kits. I tested with Memtest86+ seperately, and one was confirmed to be defective and caused errors soon during test.

2. There is no way to tell if I received a BRAND NEW or USED one because its plastic box doesn't have any seal on it. No one wants to receive a USED one from someone's return or replacment. However there is risk to buy a product like this, and I doubt the one I received. Trere are some other brands with seald box, at least you will receive a BRAND NEW product.
3. It's also weird. I bought "F3-10600CL9D", but the BIOS, Memtest86+ and cpu-z all show their model number is "F3-10666CL9D" which is another simliar product. However the warranty-paper on the ram and ID-paper on the box all show "F3-10600CL9D". But I have to say that I don't really mind which one I got, as long as not faulty or used.

Other Thoughts: Newegg did very good service to replace it promptly.

Memtest86+ is a great utility to test for errors, but make sure only one module is installed at a time. Other Thoughts: I wasn't given a UPS label through the RMA process, because the system claims the package is too big (come on two sticks of memory!) and wants me to call customer service for special delivery.

Pros: Easy to install, good capacity, and fairly cheap in price. Mac Mini booted up and recognized it immediately.

Cons: none, other than that it is the release and snap style SO-DIMM form factor, where the RAM goes in parallel to the logic/motherboard. But this is not the a fault of the manufacturer. Aside from laptops and mini PCs/Macs, older 960 boards or Z style processors use this style. Yes, young man, the snap and lay memory is a retro design.

Other Thoughts: Those not versed in installing this type of memory be it on a laptop, mini PC/Mac, or logic board may be a bit confused on how to apply it. If this is the case, beware, and be ready to snap it in a couple times before getting the hang of it.

Pros: Works great, came undamaged, outstanding price ($45 on black friday weekend)

Cons: none so far!

Pros: The first time around I had received some faulty memory. After receiving an RMA replacement from GSKILL the ram is working beautifully with my Macbook pro 2011 15". Price and service are great.

Cons: none

Pros: RAM works as advertised in Lenovo w520. Bought enough to get 32 GB RAM :P

Cons: The RAM is great, but it sort of sucked for Newegg to sell the 12800 version from the same manufacturer at the same sale price the next day, right after I bought the 10600s, but I mean it's not a big deal.

Pros: Great price, great value, works like it ought to.
4 pieces in my i7 Quad Dell Precision M6500 for a total of 32gb

Other Thoughts: Would buy again
