Dear Customer

Thank you for your G.Skill purchase and review. We can surely help you achieve the rated specifications of the RAM. Test each module with XMP enabled to make sure each can run at DDR3-1866 CL10. If so, they should work fine together. If a module performs differently, send the memory in for RMA exchange and a replacement should work better. Also, make sure you have the latest BIOS/EFI for the motherboard. The motherboard is indeed compatible and capable of this memory kit, so as long as you have a good CPU, everything should be nice and stable with XMP enabled. For any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us directly. We will make sure the RAM works at maximum performance as it is designed to do.

1 out of 5 eggsDisappointing at best

Pros: Looks bad, easy install.

Cons: My Gigabyte mb would not ever get the 1866 clocking this ram promised. I read many others with same issues. It also reads it as 32GB RAM, 16 useable. Where is the other 16GB's? Been on G.Skill's forum and customer service many, many times seeking assistance and very little if anything recommended worked. I don't have the time to play around hoping to find a working solution. After adjusting this and that in the BIOS start-up, as was suggested, the G.SKILL still froze several times, requiring a total re-boot. I took out the G.SKILL ram and put the Vengeance 16GB ram BACK, and it got faster, and it is 1600. A lot more stable too.

Other Thoughts: I now wish I would have used that money to upgrade my video card like I had intended to do. I bought this ram as it dropped in price, and now see why. I am not the most "techy" guy, but I can usually figure out and fix anything that has come up so far. I checked for compatibility with my mb and this ram, and everything I found said they will work together. I think that may have not been quite correct. The ram I re-installed was recognized as soon as I booted it up the first time, why not G.SKILL? I will buy what I know works and I learned a pricey lesson here. This is the first item I have ever given a negative review for on the "egg. I really hope it is the last.

Dear Customer

We are sorry to hear you had such issues. Please contact the G.Skill support team and they will be more than glad to show you how to get the system working fast and stable. This memory kit is much above standard, which is why it does not automatically recognize and boot at rated specifications. The enhanced performance profile needs to be enabled if your motherboard supports it. As far as the RAM showing only 16GB useable, you may have Windows 7 Home Premium. This versions can only address up to 16GB of RAM, you must upgrade to Professional, Enterprise, Ultimate, or Win 8, to fully utilize all 32GB. This memory should work extremely well in your Gigabyte motherboard. For all questions and issues, feel free to contact us and we can help you directly. G.Skill is never disappointing.

3 out of 5 eggsIt's OK

Pros: 32GB of Ram. Runs cool due to decent heat sinks.

Cons: I can't get it (motherboard) to go to the 1866. I'm stuck at 1600. My MB is only a dual channel which most are quad channel.

Other Thoughts: No beef with the 'egg, they delivered, as usual. My gripe is with G.skill tech support. Had some time one day and called them for help. I was on hold for a long time, like they forgot I was on hold. I had to give up or I would have been late picking up kids. I'll try again when time allows. It does seem as though my Vengeance 16GB that I replaced with this, ran faster. If I get it running better, I'll do a new review, otherwise, I'm somewhat disappointed.

Dear Customer

We can surely assist you in reaching the rated specifications of the RAM. This memory kit is above standard, so manual configuration is required. In addition, not all CPUs can support full slots of DDR3-1866, so further tweaks may be necessary. Please contact the G.Skill support team with hardware specifications. They will make sure the memory is working fast and stable in your computer. With regards to support, there should be minimal waiting time, so it is strange if you were placed on hold for a long time. G.Skill support can also be reached via email and forum, so there are several methods to get a hold of us if one does not. Once you are done with them, your computer should be fast and stable. For any further questions or concerns, feel free to contact us directly.

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing memory

Pros: 32GB and it will run 2133 at 10.11.10.28 2T at 1.6v, passed 48 hours of memtest and almost two weeks of F@H with no errors.

I managed to boot this in a Crosshair V formula Z with an 8350 at 1866 at 1T, I tried and tried but could never get it perfectly stable, so the above mentioned timings were the final result, and I have hit higher but am waiting on the new CPU cooler to show up so I can push even farther with the looser timings.

Cons: None

4 out of 5 eggsExcellent Upgrade

Pros: Easy installation, Detected right away, low running temp, fast and affordable.

Cons: Hjavascript:Biz.Feedback.RateProduct.Form.submit('display')ad to manual set latency to push full speed.

Other Thoughts: Great price upgraded from 16 gb of slower speed and I am impressed. Help unlease the full power of my processor while rending large video or other mutli-media task. Fantastic for Gamers. Affordable can't beat the price.

Dear Customer

Thank you for your G.Skill purchase and review. Glad to hear the memory was easy to install and it is working fast in your system. With 32GB of DDR3-1866, your computer should be capable of anything you put to it. The price is a steal for such high performance. This memory can maximize the potential of your CPU. It can be extremely beneficial to someone working with large files. For any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us directly.

5 out of 5 eggsDoes what it's supposed to do.

Pros: Recognized by BIOS at advertised speed without manual adjustment.

Cons: Ugly.

Other Thoughts: Bought this RAM to upgrade from 8GB. There is a noticeable difference in After Effects and Photoshop. It runs cool, stable, and without any errors. I've had it for a few months now and am very happy with my purchase.

5 out of 5 eggsSo far so good

Pros: As usual G.Skill won't let me down

Cons: you have to manually type the frequency and voltage in order to get the spec performance

Other Thoughts: hope it can be plug and play instead of trial and error

4 out of 5 eggsNice and cheap, but didn't work at 1866

Pros: Price was very low for 32GB.

The heatsinks are low enough for 2 of the DIMMs to fit under my large Noctua NH-D14 CPU cooler.

Cons: I could never get them to work properly at 1866 with my Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 motherboard, rev 1.1 and F9 BIOS, and AMD FX-8350 CPU.

Motherboard kept reporting OC error on boot at 9.33 x 200 memory clock, even after I put the proper 10-11-10-30 RAM timings in the BIOS.

I contacted G.skill through the forums, but they couldn't resolve it.

The only way to run the RAM higher speed was to overclock the bus, at 8x233, but this also overclocks the CPU.

However, my particular motherboard and CPU don't run well with the FSB > 200 - heat goes up too much.

I want to stay at 200 FSB, and the only way to get this RAM to POST is at 8 x 200, ie . 1600 speed.

Other Thoughts: Even for 1600 memory, the price was right.

Dear Customer

Thank you for your G.Skill purchase and review. We can surely help you in achieving the rated specifications. For four modules of DDR3-1866, you may need to boost the CPU-NB Voltage +0.05-+0.1V to stabilize the CPU memory controller. AMD states the FX-8350 CPU supports 2 modules of DDR3-1866 max, so 4 modules may overload the internal memory controller. Give this a shot and if you still have a problem, feel free to contact us directly. The G.Skill support team will make sure the memory works fast and stable in your computer.
