Pros: stable, Cool to touch, I have had these over three years now and wanted to really test them out before I make my decision on how good they are. Ok so the past my test and are still going strong on an Asus mother board and a Haf case yes if you buy these buy a case with some room in it. Some buy these small cases and sure just crowd everything in and than complain that they stick up to far. Have to ask who the really dummy was you or the ram??

Cons: I paid well over 150 for these from new egg when they first came out. I believe I did. Too bad I did not wait till now to get them..

Other Thoughts: Newegg can I please have some of my money back as they are selling for so cheap now than what I paid for them in 2013 its not fair..

Other Thoughts: Ordered it Nov 26th for $63.99 when it was on sale great buy.

Pros: - Slick design - The Noctua 14 inside was impossible to fit with my old Corsair Vengeance (4X4GB) with the way Corsair had their heatsink sticking out too much. I needed to remove it on two of the cards that go below the Noctua heatsink.
- Good performance. I keep my 2700k overclocked all the time since I got it back in 2011. I have noticed (in CPU-Z) that my Bus Speed is not in full 100Mhz, so I wanted to match it. Taking up the Bus Speed with already set memory at 1600Mhz (the max) doesn't seem a problem for this kit. Right now my memory runs at ~1616 Mhz.

Cons: - None so far.

I will come back if anything appears. But once memory works it is unlikely to give problems later.

Other Thoughts: Got 2 pairs of these. I needed more memory until I move to 2011-v3, DDR4 in a month or so. I would recommend this kit to everyone who doesn't necessarily need higher speeds or wants temporarily to boost his rig before a major upgrade.

Pros: I've had the memory for a while now and it has been working well. I'm not the kind of person to run benchmarks on RAM so I can't vouch on performance. Definitely worth the price.

Cons: Haven't found one yet.

To determine whether the RAM is an issue, test one module at a time to see if one performs differently. If neither stick boots up, the issue may lie elsewhere. Other Thoughts: This was an upgrade form the 4 gig my system came with. A marked improvement! It handles overclocking well and is very stable. Its came in an easy to open package (something you don't get often with tech products these days)
As a side note some systems will not see the full 16GB or will say something like 14.9GB usable. this is not something wrong wit the RAM its a function used by the system. It "sets aside" a small portion of the ram for its own use that other processes cant touch so dont panic if yours shows up as a couple of GB less then advertised.

Pros: The CAS timings are good for the clock speeds. Plenty of RAM space to be used. I've clocked about 5GB max so far. No crashes also didn't need to enable XMP to get 1600 it was ready to go. Just slot them into dual channel and your golden.

Cons: None that I can see.

Other Thoughts: I've owned g.skill before, pretty much nothing else. I don't have any reason to try anything else. I don't need high speed RAM. f
