5 out of 5 eggsDifferent but love it

Pros: Insanely fast
very stable
great clearance for my CPU heat sink
ram heat sink color matches my LED color/theme

Cons: Was having some issues getting it set up in my Asus Sabertooth Z87. I'm thinking it was the motherboard not the ram. Even after I updated the BIOS to the latest version it refused to read both of the A slots and would not post until I took them out and only ran the 2 B slots.

Other Thoughts: I had a friend come over who knew more about Bios settings/programing and between the two of us and 3 hours we managed to get it running although (still not sure what we did) in an odd way... For some reason the MOBO wants to read the ram in a raid-ish setting so instead of the 32 gigs at 1600mhz. The benchmark tests and CPU-Z are both saying that its running16 gigs at 3800mhz.... still... not sure what we did but its running stable and insanely fast

5 out of 5 eggsOUTSTANDING MEMORY FOR ESXi!

Pros: Blazing speed, looks great

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I've been using this memory in my ESXi 5.5 home lab for just over 1 year. It performs so well I have ordered another kit to upgrade me to 64GB since my lab has grown. ZERO errors with Memtest, and blazing speed, even at factory 1600 clock speed!

4 out of 5 eggsGot a bad one

Pros: Great ram overall

Cons: I just got a tad unlucky and I got a bad stick, causing random blue screens.

Other Thoughts: probably too late to rma, looking for a way to just get one of these individually but can't seem to find it on newegg.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Product with Great Support!

Pros: -Product performs exactly as specified
-Looks awesome
-Lifetime warranty - you can't beat that

Cons: -There are no legitimate cons.

Other Thoughts: I started to experience Stop Errors related to memory a couple months back. I narrowed the issue down to one of the four sticks in this set. I did my research (mostly with memtest86) and sent an email to G.Skill customer service. They gave me an RMA number and replaced the whole set in just around a week. I bought my memory in July 2013. The process was hassle free and I'm impressed at how G.Skill stands behind their product. I'll never buy anything else.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks well with Haswell

Pros: I've built two Haswell systems in the last few weeks, one with a Gigabyte motherboard and one with an ASRock motherboard. On the Gigabyte board I first tried Corsair DRAMS but I couldn't get the system to pass the sys_basher memory tests at any clock rate. I then switched to then replaced the RAM with these G.SKILL DIMMs. Even at DDR1600 the system passed sys_basher's 5 hour memory test. I then built a second system with an ASRock board and also used 32G of G.SKILL RAM. It also passed sys_basher's memory tests. sys_basher is a Linux system test tool, it's available in the Fedora and EPEL repositories. To run a memory test do

sys_basher -m -t 1024 >& log &

That will test all of the RAM save 1G.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks great!

Pros: Looks great! Installed relatively easy. I did have a little bit of trouble at first but I believe that I had my latency timing wrong in BIOS and once corrected, my machine booted up wonderfully. Went from having a computer crawling after opening just a few RAW images in Photoshop to one where I can have as many images open as I want all while surfing the web or doing whatever else I want.

Cons: None

5 out of 5 eggsWorking great with ASUS Z87-WS Motherboard

Pros: I built two new systems with this memory kit in both and neither have had one crash yet. I am running this memory with an ASUS Z87-WS motherboard and an Intel i7-4771 (non K series) processor. This memory is very fast, and more importantly, its very stable. The heat spreaders keep these sticks very cool. I leave my systems on 24/7 and are always cool to the touch. Price was very reasonable.

Cons: I got nothing.

Other Thoughts: Buy these with confidence.
