I'm looking to install this in an Asus M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3 motherboard and am running an AMD 910e Phenom II Quad Core processor. This is not specifically listed on the Asus site as compatible. Am I okay?

as long as it fits your motherboard, it's good. I don't really look at the compatible list when I build my computer.

What's the difference between PC 3 and PC 3L, also My currant memory says 1.50v and this memory says 1.35v will this work for me?

PC 3L is a low voltage version of PC 3. It's fine to use the 1.35 in place of 1.5.

Why doesn't newegg offer extended warranty on memory ?
