What mother board for these ?

I put these in the Asus Rampage V Extreme board and they work like a champ. I don't recall if it was in Qualified Vendor List for this particular motherboard, but if you are uncertain as to compatibility for the board you are considering, you can use pcpartpicker to see what motherboards (and other hardware for that matter) people combine with a given set or RAM.

Is this memory compatible with mainboard ASRock X99 WS-E/10G ?

No, the ASRock X99 WS-E/10G only has 4 DIMM Slots while this set has 8 RAM modules.  Look for a set of (4) such as F4-2133C15Q-32GRR.  The board you reference can hold up 128GB RAM, but only has 4 slots which means the DIMM Slots can hold up to 32GB each.  Sadly, there aren't 32GB RAM modules available.  The most you'll be able to use per slot is 16GB.  16GB*4 = 64 or 8Gb*4 = 32GB RAM.  The model i listed is for 32GB RAM (4*8GB).

Anyone had any issues with this RAM and the Gigabyte x99-UD4 motherboard?

I had nothing but problems with the x99 Gigabyte x99 boards in general and this ram. The boards and their BIOS suck. I ditched my x99 SOC FORCE and went with the ROG V Extreme.  Gigabyte isn't supporting their boards with proper bios updates and they are full of gremlins.
