Fine..Fine...and dead
- Pros: Has a good, durable case. Rubberized so it doesn't easily slip out of a pocket.
- Cons: It stopped working and I can't see why. Tried reformatting, etc and nothing gets through. I think this ones just a lemon. Still, I picked up a Patriot Xporter and its really solid and has the same type of case. I'm replacing the corsair with another of those.
- Other Thoughts: I have other corsair products and they work fine. Mine is probably not the norm. "Flash Voyager" sounds kind of suggestive..
A couple annoyances
- Pros: Plenty of memory for my media applications; rubber casing protects well; haven't done real tests for transfer speed, but it seems OK to me.
- Cons: Cap is not connected, easy to lose; rubber casing is bulky if you have USB ports in confined spaces (i.e. does not fit well in the side port on aluminum Mac keyboards); lanyard loop seems flimsy, but I put it directly on my keyring and it hasn't broken yet.
- Other Thoughts: I've heard good things about the reliability of Corsair memory, so hopefully that remains true. It'll do, pig.
Its decent
- Pros: It is quick and holds a lot
- Cons: the rubber sleeve that protects the actual device comes off when you pull it out of the usb slot, so poor design
