Cons: had to install windows 7 64-bit to use all of the memory.

Pros: I installed this RAM in my Samsung N120 and it made it noticably faster. It works great so far, and hasn't given me any problems.

Cons: A little expensive, but if it doesn't fail, I guess it's worth the extra.
