3 out of 5 eggsGood for Gaming Rig, not good for Manufactured PC

Pros: Easy to install, Looks cool. Nice heatsinks for overclocking

Cons: Doesn't run at rated speed in manufactured PC's. I installed a quad of this (4x4Gb) in my Dell XPS 8500 thinking it would be an upgrade from the stock ram, but it wasn't. Instead of running at the rated speed of 1600Mhz, it ran at 1333. If I had built my own PC, I would have been able to set the correct speed in the BIOS. Since I have a manufactured PC, I cannot change the timing of the ram to run at the speed that the ram is supposedly rated at. My computer actually ran slower than with the stock ram, even though I upgraded from 8Gb to 16Gb and the CAS of the Corsair Ram was lower than stock (9 vs 11). I wish that Ram manufacturers would be more honest and let their customers know what the ram speed will be without any overclocking.

Other Thoughts: Trial and error, unfortunately that's how it is sometimes. I RMA'd this Ram, and got Kingston HyperX PnP. It runs at its rated speed without overclocking.

5 out of 5 eggsBlue and Great

Pros: Cheap, reliable, and looks great in my case. Isn't much to say about it since it is ram it's really fast for the price you have to pay.

Cons: none at all.

Other Thoughts: For the price I'm pretty sure you wont find better ram.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat value for money!

Pros: Great RAM over all. Easy install and heat sinks are nice. I ran MEMTEST 86+ for 2 passes and had zero errors. I have used it flawlessly in SW the old republic and some mathematical models. Also the XMP profile makes it easy to set my ASUS motherboard to have them run at tested optimal settings.

Cons: Heat sink on the edges of one of my sticks didnt meet up perfectly, so when i squeezed it felt a bit flimsy. Not enough of a problem for taking an egg.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks for me

Pros: Had Kingston Hyper X 4 single gig sticks 1600 and thus far they seem about the same other than the Vengence is cooler and I can get the clock speeds a lil bit faster than Kingston....I prefer Corsair over anyone else..Always been very reliable

Cons: They arent cheaper but perfect bang for ur buck price

5 out of 5 eggsWorks on AMD systems

Pros: Heat spreaders stayed on during installation. BIOS was not fried.

Cons: Did not set itself to advertised specifications. But I didn't expect it to since I did not see any BEMP specified. Will not dock an egg because setting up in BIOS was simple enough.

Other Thoughts: Running on ASRock 880G Extreme3 mobo with 1090t. Everything runs just fine.
