1 out of 5 eggsDid Not Fit to My iMac

This review is from: CORSAIR 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600) Memory for Apple Model CMSA8GX3M2A1333C9

Pros: I don't even know what pros are about this product since it is just stuck in my computer.

Cons: They got stuck in my iMac! Of course the iMac even wouldn't start because the cards did not fit but stuck there... I tried so hard so I grinded my fingernails but they are still in there. I am so frustrated. Gotta take it to Genius Bar to take them out. :( And the card itself def looks thicker than the original one.

This review is from: CORSAIR 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600) Memory for Apple Model CMSA8GX3M2A1333C9

Pros: Laptop's been lagging like crazy since installed Yosemite and since all of the browsers have started going all Cheeseburger Elvis on us with their memory consumption. Installed this, booted right up and everything is twice as fast. Worked great.

1 out of 5 eggs

This review is from: CORSAIR 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600) Memory for Apple Model CMSA8GX3M2A1333C9

Pros: Would be good if it didn't cause problems

Cons: I bought the memory upgrade to help with video on my Macbook Pro. About once a week it would give me a screen freeze with 5 lines of bars and 3 beeps that would continue until I shut down the computer. After restarting it would be ok for about a week and continue. I had Apple Care look at it and they could not find a problem with the computer or the OS. It continued and I talked to Apple again and they directed me to an article that identified the problem as Memory. I did not have the problem until I installed the memory. it took over 30 days to determine this and put me out of the return policy. I am attempting to get them to make an exception because it took so long to determine the cause.
