1 out of 5 eggsDOA

Pros: Shipped very fast

Cons: DOA module. BIOS see's the memory capacity but it won't get past the windows splash screen without BSOD. If I leave the module in by itself then it won't even go into the BIOS menu.

Tried it on two different laptops, confirmed DOA.

Going to return for a replacement. Come on Corsair, this is not like you.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks Great In MacBook Pro.

Pros: It works great in my Late 2011 MacBook Pro. This is the second 8GB stick I've added. Now I have 16GB.

Cons: It's more expensive now than when I bought it.

Other Thoughts: Apple only sells up to 8GB for my MacBook even though it supports up to 16GB.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks!!

Pros: Threw this into my Mid-2011 iMac. Worked like a charm!!

Cons: None save for the fact that I live five minutes from Newegg's NJ warehouse and they first sent my order to a shipping facility 45 minutes north of there! LOL

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Function & Price

Pros: 8 Gigs of RAM at a good price. Works like a charm in the Macbook Pro 15-inch 2011 vintage - two sicks at 16 GB!

Cons: None

1 out of 5 eggsDOA

Pros: Affordable compared to some other brands, Shoprunner allowed for a quick and easy return.

Cons: First stick of memory was DOA, would not POST in either computer it was tested in. I got an RMA replacement and the second one caused blue screens in the first computer tested, as well as causing memtest to lock up and show colored artifacts. When put in the second computer it gave a memory error POST beep code

Other Thoughts: Thankfully Newegg is wonderful to work with on RMAs, especially with Shoprunner. I will stick to Kingston from now on, the savings are not worth the hassle.

5 out of 5 eggsDoes the job nicely!

Pros: Got this on a Shell Shocker deal. The price was right and 8 Gigs allows for future OS upgrade flexibility IMO.

Easy install and timings set automatically. I remember when people used to pay $60.00 to the Brick Stores to have memory installed.

Cons: Zero

Other Thoughts: I'm using this in a Zotac ZBox AD12-U with OpenELEC XMBC running off a USB thumb drive. The OS is so light that I've still got over 7 gigs of ram available. I'm thinking about loading Windows or Ubuntu so I can do some web-surfing when desired.

5 out of 5 eggsSuperb!

Pros: The package came in nicely and before the 7 business days (I had it on the "Eggsaver" setting which is 4-7 business days). I wasn't in a rush to get the package, but when I did get it, the RAM stick came in a box that was unopened and worked perfectly. My system's performance overall was improved as in start-up time and how long it takes to load up programs.

Cons: None.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat RAM

Pros: I have always bought Corsair for their high quality products, this one is no exception. Upgraded my HP Pavilion dv6 from 4 GB to 16 GB with two of these bad boys. Significant increase in multitasking and general response performance.

BIOS picked it up right away, same with Win 7 64-bit Ultimate.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Got a promo code from newegg for 10% off the already marked down price of this product. Check those emails before you buy!

Free shipping from newegg, ordered on Friday afternoon and received Wednesday afternoon. Can't beat that.

5 out of 5 eggsMac Mini Loves them...

Pros: Awesome memory. Dropped two of them in to my Late 2011 Mac Mini, and except for once, haven't though about them since. Runs Parallels, MS Office, anything I throw at it. Thought I had a bad stick, but, after investigation, it was Intego Virus Barrier. Viruses would almost be better.

Cons: None

5 out of 5 eggsSweet

Pros: The merchandise came in exactly 5 days, and in working order. Really what more could I ask for, the tracking app is great, lets you see where your package is in transit.

Cons: I neglected to check my max module capacity so it wasn't what I needed.
