5 out of 5 eggsover 2 years and works like new

Pros: Hey what can I say its a flash drive -- Pretty fast considering -- I have had this drive for over 2 years and it is running constantly in my machine - I only take it out when I go away --

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: From reading these feedbacks I should back my info up regular

2 out of 5 eggsDead after a year of light use

Pros: Solid construction

Cons: Kind of fat, making it hard to get into tight fitting USB ports; Flaky after about a year; Poor post xmas customer support

Other Thoughts: What can I say that others have not said already? Worked fine for about a year of extremely light use. Then suddenly it starts asking to be formatted when plugged into another computer. It acts flaky in my main PC. I then do a low-level format, and start again. Works fine in that PC, but is completely unrecognized in any other PC! Not even seen by device manager. In any USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 port!

Contact Corsair via their support site, but no response after 48-hours. They used to respond within the hour! What is going on over at Corsair?? Hopefully they will be able to replace it with a totally different product, as I don't want to go thru this again.

2 out of 5 eggsWas fast, then died

Pros: - Was fast when I first got it
- Large capacity for a USB flash drive
- 5-year warranty (?)

Cons: No longer mounts consistently; fails 9 out of 10 times on both Fedora 20 and Windows 8.1.

Other Thoughts: Going through the RMA process now. Hopefully warranty kicks in.

1 out of 5 eggsDead

Pros: Capacity.

Cons: Owned this for a little over 2 years and now every time I insert it it says it needs to be formatted. Tried it in 3 different machines. Warranted for 3 years so I tried to contact Corsair. On hold for customer service and no one ever answered.

Other Thoughts: Before this I always bought Corsair thumb drives. Now because of total lack of response from them I may be moving on. Bought a 64GB Kingston Traveler to replace this drive. We'll see how it goes.

1 out of 5 eggsDead again

Pros: Work great for a year, fast.

Cons: Stop working again, the light blink one time when I plug it.
I am going in the device manager, I only see USB Mass Storage Device, not call Corsair.

Other Thoughts: Had it replace the first time in the first 10 days after I bought it.
Go the replacement one, worked right until this morning, willl search for something more reliable.

1 out of 5 eggsUnreliable

Pros: Fast, when it worked. Feels physically durable.

Cons: Died after about 4-6 months of light use. Total amount of writes to the 32 GB drive totally maybe around 50-60 GB. That's it. Now unresponsive when plugged in. A USB sniffer shows the drive as completely unresponsive.

Other Thoughts: I've been generally happy with Corsair's non-flash products, but I've never had any of their USB flash drives last more than about 6 months. Time to try another brand.

1 out of 5 eggsFast but really unreliable

Pros: The devices perform very fast as advertised and they have not disappointed me in that regards.

Cons: I own two of these and they are inconsistent at best. Some devices they mount a majority of the time, other devices they mount one out of every six times. It's really inconvenient to continually plug in and out the USB stick just to get it to read. The drive also has an LED light which blinks for some time after windows thinks it has successfully ejected which makes me think that if you're impatient you'll corrupt the drive.
