Pros: faster read and write speed make this drive an excellent for readyboost or virtualized applications (VMWare), but died after 6 months , most likely seems to be due lack of support at the connector. build quality could have been better for such price, RMA opened with corsair

Other Thoughts: One day out of the blue I plugged this key into the computer and it just stopped recognizing it. Now it just sends an error message that it needs formatted before I can use it. It's completely unusable. I searched for the issue and it turns out many other people have the same problem. Now I've submitted an RMA for it through Corsair and they're making me painstakingly go through the entire issue with them - as though they don't already have thousands of other RMAs with the same issue on the same item. Buyer Beware.

Pros: Very fast and capacitous. About what one would expect.

Quite physically durable, as the USB 2.0 Flash Voyagers were.

Cons: Died after 11 months of light use.

Not very mentally durable, unlike the USB 2.0 Flash Voyagers.

Pros: It was fast while it worked, even on usb 2.0

Cons: Stopped working after a month or two. And corsair doesn't have warranty service for it in Canada. Would cost probably around the price of the drive to have it mailed to the states and get it replaced, not worth it.

Pros: This was a fast drive.

Cons: The drive started acting up after a few months. I found that the USB connector was not supported very well by the rubberized case. Because there is no support, the connectors break and makes it die. Will Never buy one like this again.

Pros: This USB drive is MUCH faster than a USB 2.0 drive that I own. I like the rubberized case because it seems to protect the drive.

Cons: Very high failure rate.

Other Thoughts: Initially, I was very pleased with this purchase because this device is so much faster than my other USB memory sticks. I purchased this fairly soon after it was released and most of the reviews were excellent. Almost a year later, it has failed prompting me to look again at the reviews that have appeared since my purchase. Unfortunately, it is apparent that there is a very high failure rate. Too bad! This is otherwise an excellent product.

Pros: ...Looks nice

Cons: Completely stopped working after three weeks.

Pros: Dog thought it was a chew toy and it was still working afterwards. (German Shepard mix)

Cons: A bit sticky and always gives you a mini heart attack when pulling it out.

Pros: Soft rubber bounces if dropped...

Cons: 2nd one, replaced in warranty. When large amounts of data are transferred to it, it heats up and after a short while fails. now you have to figure out what made it to the stick and start over(after it cools off). You can feel the heat through the rubber case.

Other Thoughts: Purchase a different model from Corsair if thats your preference. If you actually use this and put large amounts of pictures or data on it, plan on returning it to Corsair for replacement. And most importantly, if you really value your data, use a 2nd stick(not this one) for when it messes up.

Pros: fast

Cons: failed soon after purchasing, rma from corsair, new failed quite quickly as well, trying another rma at this point
