5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: ~32GB reasonably priced
~low latency for 32 gigs
~fast
~stable [no errors]
~cool to the touch...as well as looks

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Encountered no errors with MemTest. Replaced an error-filled Z Series set with this and my 3930K on an ASUS P9X79 WS is working great. Use system for photo and audio editing; along with 3D rendering and HD burning. If you're running [or going to run] a X79 platform, Corsair is the memory you want.

5 out of 5 eggsNice ram kit!!!!

Pros: works as advertised on my RIVE,

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: if you own the rive with this memory kit and it doesn't see/read all 32 gigs please check to see if you have any bent pins on your cpu socket....that was the case for me but as soon as I straightened the pin, reinstalled all components and now the mem works perfectly with xmp.

5 out of 5 eggsReviewReviewer

Pros: In my experience building PC's for 14 years Corsair has is a great performer for components.

Cons: People that cut and paste text from tech websites in order to make their reviews "seem" to be well informed.

Other Thoughts: The problems that folks MAY have with overclocking when paired with a Socket 2011 CPU, is not the MHz at which the RAM operates...it is that often the voltage has to be bumped to get RAM stability. The "On the Die" memory controller on an Intel Socket 2011 CPU specifies that 1.5v RAM be used. Going over that can cause instability and possibly cook your CPU. OC with caution.

4 out of 5 eggsExcellent

Pros: Went into my X79 Sabertooth without much trouble, passed Memtest after a 24 hour run and has been rock solid so far. I would recommend this kit.

Cons: No real cons to these but perhaps see "other thoughts" below.

Other Thoughts: I have had some issues with Corsair lately. I had a bad fan in an H80 kit and had to RMA my Corsair K90 Keyboard. So I'm no fanboy. That said, Corsairs tech support and RMA process was easy and hassle free so while I wouldn't expect issues from a kit like this, if something does come up you can rest easy that you'll get the help you would expect.
While not a con exactly, the DIMMs are tall and with an H80 it is a very tight fit between the fans and the RAM. Look carefully before settling on your CPU cooling solution or any accessory that may sit "over" the memory.
These DIMMs are not listed with ASUS as a tested kit which is a con but it's with ASUS, not Corsair or this kit.
On initial install the EFI bios on my board reported the RAM as being 1300 with 10-10-10 something settings. Turn on XMP profiling and the settings will go to the advertised 1600 9-9-9 timings.

5 out of 5 eggsQuality & Price

Pros: Been happy with Corsair RAM for other purchases.

Bought this for use on an Intel DX79TO motherboard with a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo heatsink. The RAM packaging is larger than most I've purchased in the past, but just barely fit under the Hyper 212 Evo heatsink.

Cons: None

5 out of 5 eggsWorks Great

Pros: Worked great with my x79 Sabertooth, just had to hit the mem-ok button once to get it to boot as i had already had other ram in the system before i received these.just remember to set you X.M.P profile to 1600 and your good to go.

Cons: heat spreaders seem a bit cheep compared to my dominators they look like there just stuck on there with two sided tape and dont actually come into contact with the chips but haven't seen any problems with temps so no biggy.

Other Thoughts: if you have a x79 mobo these are what you want=)

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Memory Choice

Pros: Installed Easily, Overclocks Nicely. Works Perfectly

Cons: Tight Fit in my Computer Setup.

Other Thoughts: 8 X 4 GB, DIMM slots full. Very Tight fit in my system. Had to remove the CPU Cooler Fan to set 4 Memory Cards. My Computer consists of a Cooler Master 922 HAF Case, Asus P9X79 Deluxe MB, I7-3930K, Corsair H80 CPU Cooler (H100 would have elimiated the problem with the tight memory fit), EVGA 570 GTX, etc......

5 out of 5 eggsGreat memory

Pros: Memory XMP setup was very easy. Had some initial trouble getting it to post to 1600. It wanted to post to the speed of the old RAM I was using (1866). I originally bought Gskill ram 2 X 32 GB of 1866 Mhz RAM. at least 4 out of 8 DIMMS were faulty. I am so happy I traded in that Gskill garbage for some Corsair perfection.

Cons: No cons that I can think of. I did a burn in using Memtest86+ overnight and the RAM passed with no problems.

Other Thoughts: It would have been nice if they offered a 64 GB package.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome!

Pros: Dropped all eight sticks into my Gigabyte GA-X79-UD5 EATX board and they were recognized off the bat. 32GB system memory, and after running some benchmarks, I can say they are pretty fast, and stay relatively cool.

Cons: Had to go into the BIOS and enable XMP to achieve 1600 MHz, although I knew this in advance. Oddly, I also had to manually adjust memory timing to 9-9-9-24, as for some reason it wanted to operate at 9-9-11-24. However, it was an issue easily rectified, and did not cause stability issues or any problems with performance.

Other Thoughts: 32 GB @ 1600 MHz 9-9-9-24 with solid performance, from what I've seen so far.
