3 out of 5 eggsDoesn't read from boot at times

Pros: Affordable, Corsair quality name brand.

Cons: At times, on restarts/reboots, it will not read from disk. I have to cycle the power a few times to get the Windows splash. I'm looking for a non-refurb. I shouldn't have got a refurb anyway. I knew better!

Other Thoughts: None.

1 out of 5 eggsgarbage

Pros: Was cheap...

Cons: Cheap as in garbage.

Other Thoughts: Failed within 5 months and was hardly used. Continuous chkdsk and VSS errors.. Total waste of 50$... It is unfortunate that Corsair only offers 30 day replacement on returns. I won't buy another refurb, ever.

1 out of 5 eggsSeriously, do not buy this drive.

Pros: A few dollars less than a non refurb, absolutely not worth the risk because its guaranteed to die.

Cons: Tried two of these, several months apart, both died suddenly and for no reason whatsover. No warranty coverage after 90days means you WILL be out however much you paid, in less than 4 months because the drive WILL die prematurely.

Other Thoughts: Its obvious, to me, the sellers are completely aware of the fact these drives are guaranteed to die, otherwise they wouldn't refuse to offer an extended warranty for a fee. Extended warranties are USUALLY a guaranteed win for the retailer, except in cases where the product is guaranteed to fail....Very telling that refurb SSD's are pretty much the only product where there is universally no extended warranty options available for purchase.

Pros: was inexpensive however only lasted 90 days and is totally dead

Cons: DO NOT BUY THIS DRIVE, THEY BREAK AFTER VERY LITTLE USE AND OBVESOULY ISNT ANY FUN TO REPLACE YOUR OS DRIVE. I own there h100i as well and its a piece of trash, too, wont buy anymore from corsair again.

Other Thoughts: drive died after 90 days useage.

1 out of 5 eggsDon't buy this drive

Pros: Low cost refurbished SSD. It was fast while it worked and it lasted until the 30 day Warrenty expired.

Cons: It died after 4 months. I lost all my data. Now Windows won't start and the drive does not show up in bios.

Other Thoughts: Buy another brand. Don't buy this drive

1 out of 5 eggsDoA - Twice.

Pros: None.

Cons: This device has a SATA connector that is not shaped correctly to maintain connection with the cable. At first I thought that the device itself was dead, but that wasn't the case. If you're willing to use one hand to hold a cable steady so your OS doesn't blue-screen, then this is the SSD for you! For those of us who prefer for cable connections to do their own job, it would be super neato if Corsair would provide a bottom-plate over the SATA male to hold the cable steady. It'd be a cheap fix to maintain the stellar reputation that the company has garnered with its durable, reliable, and all-around-awesome RAM modules.

Other Thoughts: SERIOUSLY! JUST A TINY PIECE OF PLASTIC WOULD MAKE THIS A USABLE DEVICE!

5 out of 5 eggsNo problems

Pros: This is the first and only SSD I have bought. I've had this for quite some time now as I bought it when it was fairly new. I remember it costing me something close to $300! Great to see the price of SSD's falling every year.

Cons: I can't think of anything negative to say about it. I had an old Seagate 500GB 7200 rpm as my system drive and it was fine, but was super noisy. I had the money to swap it out and adopt the new technology and I went for it and wasn't dissatisfied in the slightest.

Other Thoughts: Great price for a great SSD. Obviously there are plenty more options and better ones too, but I can safely say I've never had a problem with mine after 2+ years of running it.
